| Man, that afternoon tiger technique is even better than I originally thought. Gai is truly worthy of being Kakashi's rival. I never would expected kisame to be one of the most knowledgeable, devoted, and powerful members of Akatsuki. Intense. |

It was... good... since we saw a lil' bit of Kisame's past... and also we say him falling and finally be defeated by the Beast Guy! XD Afternoon Tiger huh? Quite a move... talking about the Taijutsu Master... I Hope Lee someday be able to control that Awesome technique... Kisame defeated and so he was obviously brainwashed and Leafs tried to butt the best and most info out of him huh? Not original but a good explanation for the flashbacks and his obvious soon death in hands of Naruto... And I just thought Kisame was not going to be defeated by anyone else besides Guy... | It was an ok chapter. I liked Gai/Guy's technique, but the whole explaining how the attack works thing is annoying. Who would do that!? I wasn't all that thrilled about Kisame's flashback, but at least it somewhat made sense. |

| This makes me have one question. If Madara told his full plan to Kisame so early on why did he hide his identity from him later when they where both in Akatsuki and he was the leader. And if Kisame always followed Madara why did he joined Akatsuki since he didn't knew Madara was there true leader. Something is not right here. |
| The fight was fun but did we really need Kisame's past. He still doesn't seem like that good of a shark man. Looks like Kisame might die next chapter though. |

Decent chapter overall, still can't get over that ridiculous name for an attack. But Gai is the resident clown (besides Naruto of course). I wasn't surprised Gai won, just how quick it seemed. It just continues the show's tradition of heavily favoring matchups. You don't match up well, you're totally screwed. It's kinda like Pokemon in that way. Gai vs Kisame = horrible matchup, much like Deidara vs Sasuke was an impossible match up for Deidara. |

| well nice chapter but the fight was a little dissapointing but i think in the next chapter kisame and gai will fight again. but i have a quation, who "madara" is or how he looks like wasn't shown in the manga till now or am i wrong? well when he really doesn't whant to show him i think it will be doing something with obito. i hope that thery will show him in one of the next chapters. |

Seriously, it would have been better if Gai died, not because i hate him but simply because these days every fight i watch i just know the only leaf ninja who is gonna die is the stupid jonin in the background waiting to get hit by a thousand kunai. The Hidan & Kakazu arc for example was fantastic because Asuma put up a great fight and died and it just made me want to see them beaten so much more. These days im just rooting for the bad guys because they dont seem to have a chance, they went from god mode enabled to 1 hit K.O'd, it must be easy to solve every fight with some epic move right? Im waiting for the next chapter before i rage anymore but Kishi has surprised me before and i think he's capable of doing it again, he wouldnt keep kisame around all this time just to die so horribly quick. Fingers crossed. |

On that note, we were told what he did, but he was made out to be just a monster who killed indiscriminately, this showed at least he had a little reason for doing what he did. |
