| Rei is a bitch. She's only after Komuro because of what's happening, not because she loves him. If she really did love him, she wouldn't have completely ignored him when whatshisface was alive. Takagi, on the other hand, is just tsundere. She obviously likes Hirano but doesn't wanna say it, like most tsundere. And although she didn't like him before, it's because she never gave him a chance (because he was a fat otaku lol). But now she's noticing that he is a good person and actually falling in love (unlike Rei). And Saeko is just pure <3. Nothing bad to say about her. That's just my view on it though. |

Wasn't it said somewhere that part of the reason she started dating Hisashi was because Komuro had stopped paying attention to her? I thought they had the whole childhood friend/promise thing going on up until they both kinda dropped the ball on that. That said, while I'm willing to admit that she was pretty bitchy at the start of the series, I feel she has been getting better. Not to mention that not everyone is going to be able to keep their cool when a frakkin' zombie outbreak happens overnight. Just like any stressful event, tempers can flare and things can get said that weren't entirely thought out. Regardless though, Saeko's probably my favorite, even if (or is it because?) she's kinda psychotic. |

| I think her main problem is being a little slow on wrapping her head around the situation she's in; she's still worrying about domestic issues when her life is in danger. Those should fall on different ends of the priority scale. She just needs to wake up to the fact that Takashi's just being pragmatic in a setting where it's absolutely necessary. Rei's an extremely flawed character; IMO, that just makes her more interesting. She's not really annoying to me. Just in need of getting her act together. |

(Skilled with bat, as someone has said above).True, she can get annoying at times and appears to be a troublemaker,sometimes, because the plot needs takashi to dog Rei to move on. | Ok so the reasons seems to be validated for the rei haters which i respect since i myself will take the neutral side to this arguement.-lol here i am trying to sound like a badass that knows what he's talking about- Rei at at like episode 1 was very realistic. I mean her "lover" died by his best friend's bat- i must say that fatality was amazing- and she started freaking out about. which is perfectly real, i mean if i witnessed my girlfriend getting killed in cold blood infront of me-not saying that i hope to or have- i'd be scarred for life and would probably go insane for a few days with halucinations lasting for about a month-sarcasm-. As the series progresses, she begins to either-your pick- a) take a liking to him or b) use him to protect her. Much like the Kira Frey situation in Gundam seed if you've seen it. which is also to a point real. cuz if the person you LOVED was there protecting you, you would probably either go good and see the good in him or bad and just use him to justify your ends. All in all my stand on this issue is neutral. Rei is a realistic-emotionally speaking- person. Hell i can even related to some of her's and Takashi's situations unlike Saeko-<3- who's past is still a mystery. That's all i gotta say for the moment.... lol. |
