| Simon is a badass. He doesn't look it at first, but damn he's awesome. Kamina dying, as sad as the event was, really brought out the best of him. Can't wait for the new arc. If all that's happened up until now is any indication, it's going to get more and more badass. |

| I got the SS-anon version, looks like it's the best of the bunch to watch. Though the resolution is high, and it's h264, so might be trouble for comps that are lacking in things like ram/video card/processor. I think the groups that are releasing the episodes are going for low profile, so they are avoiding posting them on Baka. From Lord genome's hints, it looks like we will finally start the story arc hinted at in the very first episode, with Simon battling among the stars. |

| I didn't know Bullet Speed was doing this series...so them an anon, I take it? I was annoyed that my ep 15 from anon kept lagging, and I have a pretty good machine with all the right codecs. >.> I may have to go find the other groups just to watch the un-choppified battle scenes. On a topic-related note, this ep was one of my favorites so far. ^_^ Lordgenome's forshadowing comments at the end, however, worry me... |

| Wow...I mean just wow. One thing that makes me love this series is the growth of the characters. I mean just take Simon and look at how he's grown as a character in 15 episodes. It really makes you feel for him and his struggle. The battle between him and the helix king was beyond epic! BEYOND EPIC! The foreshadowing in that episode worries me too...although I think I have an idea of how this is going to pan out. Anyone seen the character designs for post-time jump? They look amazing. Especially Viral. |

| I have a habit of tl;dr posting, but I can sum this up in a single word... EPIIIIIIIIIIIC or possibly SPARTAAAA ... well maybe not. But you get the gist of it! I heard that the series had a 7 year time jump. I can't wait to see how the characters change with it. I'm guessing that happens somewhere in the next 2 episodes. |

| EPIC. Stupid fansubbed lyrics got in the way of the action though. God how I hate fansubbed lyrics. Thank God for DVD really. Its great how even though the good guys keep winning, its still made to look like a struggle, because otherwise it would get boring really quickly. This works so well because of the mechas mode of operation which I thought was going to be a double edged sword story-wise when it was first introduced. The mode of operation I'm talking about, is of course: when you feel badass...it works! Great stuff. |

| Even though just about everyone has said it already, IT WAS SO FREAKING EPIC! I can't believe how much Simon has grown since the beginning of the series, he's pretty much a whole new person but the story actually makes it believable. ...just saying (I know it was probably intentional). |

| i really need a recap episode. I've missed so much watching this show its rediculous. (i keep zoning out) anyway, the battle was pretty awesome, i loved how simon used to core drill to really get rid of helix. but I can't get over how bad the animation for the fight scenes are. They could do SO much better but instead they resort to panning screens, and shaking the screen so much it hurts my eyes. They really could do a much better job with certain action scenes than they do, but some of them really are great. |

| That was an ecellent end to an excellent arc. Why the hell cant Nia sit on my lap like that ~_~ I'd fight harder too if there was a girl on my lap in the cocpit like that. Anyways i liked how the little harem turned into drills to power up that guy's lagann. The fight was pretty awesome too, although i dont know how Nia and Simon never gave each other concussions during the whole ordeal. |

| Totally epic, but for some reason the subs on only this episode were totally screwed up for me, which really ticked me off, they took up 1/4 of the screen and didn't fit so I couldn't read what was going on about 75% of the time. Luckily it wasn't too important in this episode. |

| Well now...this episode was not disappointing. And I expected a lot. I also liked the fact Nia and Simon got to work as a team some. That part where they had the splitscreen of Simon and Nia screaming. I was waiting for something like that all series. |

| Awesome episode :O Best bit was after the fight, when suddenly the girl says "It's Gurren Lagann!" and then the theme music kicked in... awesome. This series is too epic, I wonder how it'll continue. |

| Ugh the torrent I downloaded has episode 15-25 corrupt so I have to watch those episodes online now. :( Favorite Lines- "What we're gonna show them isn't the Black Siblings power...It's Dai-Gurren Brigade's!!!" and "Believe in me who believes in you. We can still fight!" "I am Simon. Dai-Gurren Brigade's leader, Simon the Digger! If you are going to be wall blocking my way then...I'll drill a hole in you and blow you apart anytime! That is...my drill!" Favorite Scenes-Whole...fucking...episode...so epic This episode's art looked darker than the last episode. Did anyone else not hear a single "Who the hell do you think I am!?" |

| *Sigh* - Helix King -> On Steroid - His Ganmen -> Reminds me of Freezer in Dragon Ball Z - The fight between Helix King and Simon -> Even greatly resembles Dragon Ball Z => Suddenly I realise how childish this series is. Everything, everyone is so CHEESY. it's sickening. Especially that Nia. Plus a bunch of idiots on the Dai-Gurren. Real idiots, unlike Kamina. *Sigh*... I've given this series too much hope. Being rated 9.01, I guess it's all from the 10-14 years old... Same thing with Naruto. Disappointed ! I never did like kids' anime to begin with. I kept watching because of Kamina. Guess it's over now. From episode 1-8 I'd give it an 8. From 9 till now, this series deserves only a 7 at most... Oh well, anyway, I don't have a habit of dropping anime, so I'll see it till the end. Hope it could change my opinions once again... |
