| Ami has a little romantic action of her own in this one and Mamoru doesn't even try to get the new rainbow crystal. I wonder if we'll see Ryo come back in the future. |

| It feels like they were really stretching for time, playing out all the animations in full and bringing all the stock footage phrases. I just realized that one guy had telekinetic powers, this guy had the power of foresight, but what was with last episodes priest? He had the power... of being a priest? Sounds lame. The new ED is cool! Not as good as the last one imo, but it has its own charm. |
| Tuxedo Mask actually left this time without doing anything. Nice episode, inb4 we don't see Urawa again q_q Neat new OP visuals, glad they didn't change the awesome song. |

| Loved the action and romance in this episode. Ami is my favorite character and ever since she caught the flowers at the end of episode 16--indicating she'll be the first to get married--I've been wondering when they'll introduce a romantic interest for her. The answer is 11 episodes later. Urawa doesn't stick out much because he's so shy, but he's a decent enough guy. Usagi offers to help him get closer to Ami. He's hesitant but tries to work up the courage to tell her how he feels. Due to the circumstances, it becomes very easy for him to confess his feelings to Ami face-to-face. And ultimately he resolves to earn a perfect test score through hard work, not by cheating with his clairvoyance. Nothing deep, but very cute. I love how optimistically Ami responds to her being 1 point off a perfect test score. And I liked how Makoto has a lower score than Usagi. Usagi gives Urawa a picture of Ami eating a burger which I thought was weird, but it actually becomes relevant at the very end. There's also a really random and abrupt scene where Ami gets all her clothes cut off...WTF? It's cool how Tuxedo Mask appears but doesn't say anything, he lets the girls keep this Crystal. So this Rainbow Crystal plot is becoming more interesting than I thought--it's basically like the Dragon Balls. I also liked how the monster disobeyed Zoisite because his compassion for Ami is so strong. And if you wanna see some action, check out this episode. It starts before the halfway mark, we see almost all the spells and transformations, the monster is someone we actually care about, and it introduces the idea that you need to weaken the monster before you can transform it back to human form (as you'd expect if you're a Pokemon fan). We lose some Urawa development as a result (in the episode that introduces him) but I'm sure he'll get another episode soon. 5/5 Great episode! |

| Another awesome monster design. Tuxedo Mask had nothing to do this time and I think this was the first full four guardian team up. |

Edit: Went back and re-watched the episode and I see what you're getting at now that you pointed it out. I honestly thought that he was just killing her. The facepalm when you realize that saying one character was "just" killing another one. |

| This was a cute episode. Ami's got a crush here, Ryo a boy able to see into the future. Please tell me there's another episode with those two again they are so adorable together. Oh Tuxedo Mask, ya didn't do anything but you left the crystal to the Sailor Guardians huh? This plot for the rainbow crystals is getting interesting it's a three way race now. Plus a new ending as well as new visuals for the opening. |

| Ami finally getting a bit more focus and development. Not just hoping that Rei gets what she deserves as well, and not just an arm-warmer for when Mamoru eventually gets with Usagi :/ |
