| I started getting into the anime culture,watching a lot of anime,buying mangas and stuff when I was 13. I always loved watching the animes that were on cartoon network though when I was real young. I did notice a difference even when I was about 7 that anime was different than other cartoons. I would be like.. " What is this show... this is so awsome! and different! *eagerly glues to tv screen waiting for something else to happen". |
| Same as most here, if Pokémon etc. counts, it would be like 7 years old. But I actively began watching Anime when I was 15 years old. =) |

| this is tricky cuz i was always a cartoon freak but well not the anime one lol i watched sailor moon at 8 but what kid didnt like sailor moon i thought it was a american show not anime and when i was 10 i started watchin pokemon n then when i watched sailor moon again when i turned 19 n learned it came from japan WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAT 0_0 and then i saw the japanese version wicked and was hooked on only sailor moon for 1 year and then my bestfriends sissy told me about host club and then thats when the anime crazeness came to be lol |

| Technically I was watching it when I was under ten, just not realizing what it was. But I think by the time I knew what it was and started collecting many different series under the genre that is anime, that I was around 12 or 13, 7th grade-ish. Definitely before high school. |

| Started watching anime daily when I was 11, I had poor english back then but from English subtitles I learnt English =P If it counts, I started watching anime at age 7, Pokémon and Digimon was airing on TV every day except for weekends. Well, I have to thank anime as it helped me in both School and life, you know... You get wiser by watching really great anime... Now I am 15 but I still don't plan on quitting watching anime! |

| I was 13 I believe, shortly after my parents split up and I discovered anime on Cartoon Network and especially early adult swim with Cowboy Bebop and especially Outlaw Star really got me into anime. |
