| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- So another one bites the dust... exactly 10 minutes after receiving some minimal character development. Damnit Tomino stop doing that already, its not a sign of good storytelling, or even average storytelling... its one of weak storytelling, of pathetic storytelling... why the hell would people be baited to feel sad over sth as obvious as this? If anything its annoying, especially when the characters react as if they lost their soulmate or sth... I mean for fuck's sake she had what? 2 minutes of screentime? 20 seconds of acting like sth other than eye candy? Meh... |
| Really disappointed with the deaths here. The shrike team are very underdeveloped to make me feel any emotion to their deaths, at least Tomino should take the time to develop them further before killing them. |
| Knew she was going to die as soon as she started talking about herself lol. I've been saying this that Oliver's harem are canon fodder cause if they had real importance they would be more involved with the plot. Felt bad for Uso though. Also for Suzy too since she realized " Sweet and Kind Chocolate-Cream Sister" was on the enemy side 5/5 |

| Now I guess one woman will die per episode. I think Tomino made the Strike Team so he could kill some characters without anyone caring. |

Looks like it will be one per episode -_- It was again overdramatized in the following scenes, the death preparation was too obvious (previous one was okay), but this time there was no exagerrated reaction of the teammates (that's the most annoying thing in the last case). Instead, Uso's reaction was interesting: "I couldn't save her". Is he following the path of Camille Bidan? Miss Griffon is back to her usual self, again with no exlanation. My biggest concern is the coherence in the parents infos: they went in space right after their kid was born and then abandoned him? What about this memory of the three of them being together on Earth? And what about the meat her mother left for Uso? ... 3/5 Still easier to watch than Zeta's early segment or some ZZ episodes Avenger-senpai said: Asher looks completely ridiculous with that crappy mask. | Literally MATILDA-SAAAN 2.0 but even more retarded. At least in 0079 Tomino didn't pretend to give the character some half-assed characterization before killing her off, even if the reactions to her death were just as overblown. |

The whole point is to convey Uso having to witness the horror of war and death.. that's the character development.. it was for Uso. Tomino did a fantastic job of that in this episode! Insanely depressing episode and man I felt fucking terrible for Uso. I also absolutely despised the Yellow Jackets in this episode, too. |
| Nitpick: that mobile armor's main gun was destroyed in ep. 12, but is seen functioning again. | loved this episode, i think Zeta is way worst than this, at least for now, and people spread hate on zz without knowing really why ( they hate the shift in the general tone of the serie) i think that zz is really unappreciated |

| Best episode so far. The fact people don't get what Tomino was doing with this episode and call it poor writing shows why Victory is overhated, he's almost in Zeta level writing here. |
