WELL NEVER REALLY LIKED HISTORY BUT ALWAYS DID STUDY HISTORY CAUSE WELL I THINK PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED IN THE PAST LONG AGO PLUS I SUPPOSE YOU LEARN A LOT IN HISTORY I KNOW I DID.

History gives us insight into cultural and national identity and values. It forms as a basis of understanding for many things; how the world got to where it is today, how certain areas have to come to value things differently, and, also, as a cautionary tale against previous mistakes.

Why... From the same reason people find other things as intersting... I guess...

Also, to know about the world before you were born, and find new kinds of cultures... Maybe that can be...
