| THIS IS AN MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- Couldn't resist myself this week and just needed to look at spoiler translations. Only Luffy, Brook and Chopper would go on rides at the amusement park - completely ignore the main reason they go there - to the extent to be puking after the rides. Haha. And finally, some action. Of course it would be Zoro riling up the Tenryuubito. And out of all people, Bonny saved Zoro! Hmm...a sign that the supernovas will work together? And Camie kidnapped? Interesting set of events. |
| 499, overall, was a great chapter. we had the usual humor from Oda in the first couple of pages and some significant details in the latter part. Zoro being bailed out by Bonney was unexpected though. damn, I hate those nobles even more so after reading this. they Now I really want Luffy to give them a piece of his mind. I hope that the business that the Marines are occupied with will be more important than the Nobles. Imagine a noble getting whipped by the SH, the nobles attempt to summon an admiral and all they get is a "we're busy, we'll get back to you later." lol |

But yeah, your latter statement is what surprises me. You would think that the supernovas - having gotten this far - would have some kind of faith in their crews and abilities, like Luffy and Zoro. Either they don't and they were able to somehow still make it to the entrance of the New World, or that these Admirals must really be something. |

Also Camie was kidnapped!!! Chopper phoned Sanji and told him and now Sanji is calling in the flying fish riders, his very own buster call lol! |
