TROUBLE is easily the worst anime I've ever seen, ever. The character design is great but everything else about the anime was complete poopoo doodoo. Why in God's name are they resurrecting this turdfest, unless they plan to make it somewhat watchable.
This reminds me to finish the OVAs. Though I wonder what they'll do. I'll try to watch this even though I haven't watched the first anime. And with the director of LvB! and Kanokon doing this, this might be more enjoyable.
Manga was pretty much alright, but the anime series was simply boring and dumb (and the OVAs were even worse). I'm gonna watch it, only cuz I've seen the first one (kinda "rule" of mine), but I'm pretty sure it's gonna be a waste of time ><
Kinda expected more Kanokon before more To Love-ru episodes. Hopefully they'll ignore the OVAs & introduce Momo, Nana & Celine(both forms) properly. Instead of having them just appear with no explanation.
This year's 31st issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine is announcing on Monday that more anime based on Saki Hasemi and Kentaro Yabuki's To Love-Ru -Trouble- manga has been green-lit.
Atsushi Oostuki (Kanokon ~Manatsu no Daishanikusai~, Ladies versus Butlers!) is directing the animators at XEBEC. Yasutomo Yamada (Charger Girl Ju-den Chan, Venus Versus Virus) is supervising the scripts written by himself, Tomoyasu Okubo (Azumanga Daioh, Charger Girl Ju-den Chan), Tsutoshi Tamai (Ladies versus Butlers!, Strike Witches), and Noboru Kimura (Alive - Saishū Shinka teki Shōnen, Doki Doki School Hours). Yuichi Ouka is returning from the previous To Love-Ru television and video series to design the characters and oversee the animation. Jin Aketagawa (Hatsukoi Limited, Toradora!) is directing the sound, and Tsuyoshi Watanabe (Moetan, Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu) returns from the previous To Love-Ru television series to compose the music.
To Love-Ru is a very cute and sexy anime, the story wasn't good, but why would you watch it for the story anyway and it needs 1 more season or OVA. You watch it for the all the cute and sexy females for the haters who think it's trash.
