Ahaha! I was just about to answer Elfen Lied.
But wait, I know something. Hellsing is somewhat Horror, but less Ecchi. And if Claymore is somewhat Horror, it is Ecchi.
Then, School Days. Hahaha! It's really ecchi, but I think it's somehow Horror (not for the reason of Dark Scenes but because of the same feeling when watching a Horror movie).

On a less hentai note
Tokko - well, based on the outfits at least
Rosario to Vampire - not heavy on recommending this, but it certainly merges horror elements and ecchiness
Blue Seed - mostly the first two episodes, the first and last omake, and the ova, but there is some more ecchi sprinkled throughout
Zenki - not seen personally, but I've seen some signs . . .
Teizokurei Daydream - ghost hunting S&M queen
Other horror anime that aren't that ecchi but have their moments (I would include Elfen Lied here):
How can you say School Days is not ecchi?! Then, what is it?! Hentai? LOL! Or just pure violence?! But rather a violence of "it".
Yeah sorry, i'm always a little confused by the word ecchi, what does it exactly mean?? (sounds nooby I know ^^)
