I heard it's alright. Maybe not the best anime that started airing in Spring 2025, but still a fun anime if one approaches it with certain attitude. What's more, it'll be nice to have a nominee that is a remake of an old show, hehe. ;p Oh, it's still ongoing. I thought it was a seasonal, with the first season (with the length of one cour) concluding during Spring 2025. My bad. | Damn, I missed the nomination period as I just got home and on the computer a little while ago, and then even after doing so and coming online and on MAL, I accidentally misread one of the notifications thinking this was a duplicate mention/notification for the OP & ED tournament thread. But be that as it may, it's alright - I doubt my choice nomination would have gotten very far once the tournament was underway regardless. It'll be interesting to see how others from my Top 5 of the season fare. |

| Well, from missing out on the nomination period to super early entry into the voting process itself now that it's underway, mere minutes after the declaration of commencement. These are probably my favorite tournaments of them all - just pure judging and pitting against one another the individual series of the season. At least as long as I remain a regular seasonal viewer, as it's beneficial to at least be aware of the existence of all these series, even for ones I didn't and don't plan to watch myself personally (especially those second/later seasons of series which I never followed or have chosen to stop following). 1.) Kowloon Generic Romance 2.) Apocalypse Hotel 3.) The Apothecary Diaries season 2 4.) Ballpark de Tsukamaete! 5.) Hibi wa Sugiredo Meshi Umashi (I know that there's an error of the typo variety here, but it doesn't matter as it doesn't affect my vote since it would be Hibi wa Sugiredo Meshi Umashi against any of the other available nominees regardless) 6.) Rock is a Lady's Modesty 7.) Uma Musume: Cinderella Gray 8.) Shoushimin Series season 2 At least three of my Top 5 of the season made it in as nominees. Though someone should have nominated Kijin Gentoushou! And I didn't expect Uchuujin Muumuu to be nominated at all. |
