The official website for the Jidou Hanbaiki ni Umarekawatta Ore wa Meikyuu wo Samayou (Reborn as a Vending Machine, I Now Wander the Dungeon) television anime revealed additional cast, staff, opening theme, key visual (pictured), and first promotional video for the second season on Wednesday. The anime is scheduled to premiere on July 2 at 10:00 p.m. on Tokyo MX, followed by BS-NTV and AT-X.
Voice actors Yoshitsugu Matsuoka (Sword Art Online) and Rie Takahashi (Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo!) are joining the cast as Hebui and Kikoyu, respectively. Kotomi Aihara (The iDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls) is replacing Shiki Aoki as Hulemy.

Rock band BRADIO (Death Parade) is returning to perform the opening theme "Mirai Cider." Aina Aiba (BanG Dream!) is performing the ending theme "Boku dake no Chiheisen." The opening is previewed in the promotional video below.
The anime adapts Hiru Kuma's comedy fantasy light novel, which began on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in March 2016. Kadokawa began publishing the light novel with illustrations by Itsuwa Katou under its Sneaker Bunko imprint in August that year. The third volume shipped in February 2017.
Yen Press licensed both light novels and manga in English. The third and final volume of the light novel was released in December 2018. The manga's second volume shipped in March 2024.
