It shows that one of the sisters actually got married to Arata in the future.

It’s a flash forward showing Arata chose one of his sisters and had a kid. They made her look like that so it’s not obvious who won

It is a vision into the future, where Arata is married to a woman and they have a daughter together.

But who that woman is, was made ambiguous* on purpose, so it is not obvious who the woman Arafat married is.

This is done to inspire the audience to try to figure out who the woman could possibly be, before more clues are given in the anime’s story as to who this woman is in this vision.

* ”open to or having several possible meanings or interpretations”
Note: I don’t lazily watch 3-5 episodes, biasedly compare to other anime, or unfairly judge by surface level similarities. With every anime I start, I watch the entire series, both Japanese Sub & English Dub, then judge each anime based on what they present, to give an honest and fair rating.

Probably ruling out the harem ending with all 5 married.

I understood that much but what I really wanted to know if you happened to recognise the girl (who won?) and could tell who she was? that would be much appreciated if not then that is fine too

Thank you for giving time to my question

I'm pretty sure author's intention was to not give any clue who she is, because that would be a huge spoiler and defeat the dbtyes point.

Yes it is possible too as its manga is still in publishing

So it was a flash forward into the future I thought it was someone's backstory at first but after seeing Arata and the female i understood that much but I couldn't recognise the female which is why I made this question hoping to get the name of her

well thanks anyway

Making any Interpretation might be pointless since it has the same author as "Rent a girlfriend" but I hope it won't come to that
Thank you for clearing up my confusion

It is not a harem anime to begin with sure it contains elements like harem but it is going to end like Love triangle where other three will be sidelined and emphasis only on two characters

Note that all I am saying is based on mere speculation that I made from the genres listed here (on Myanimeliat)

So ruling out harem is out of the question but since its author is Reiji Miyajima I don't know if it'll even have a conclusive ending or follow a predictable storyline.

In episode 1, when Kaname (the Father) tells his children that they are not biologically related, he mentions that he and Chihiro had planned to reveal something on Kotono’s birthday. It’s likely that Chihiro is Kaname’s wife and the (adoptive?) mother of the seven Shiunji siblings. Then, at the end of episode 5, we learn that the girl’s name is Chihiro, so the man she calls “Father” can’t be Arata but must be Arata’s grandfather. It’s possible that the love story between Arata and his “sisters” happened in a previous generation of the Shiunji family. Therefore, I’m certain that the scene at the end of episode 5 isn’t a vision of the future but rather an event from the past that occurred in Arata’s grandfather’s generation (I’m not sure if he’s the biological or adoptive grandfather).

Like a few people said, it's a fast forward, but it's also a teaser. You know the main character is going to fall in love and get married. So they show you this to taunt you into keep watching. For a brief moment, you get to see a happy family, and you get more curious about who the wife is going to be and only way to find out at the moment is keep investing time in the series since it hasn't ended yet.

Well the same scenario I assumed at first then the second one also came to my mind you know "The flash forward into the future" but I was unable to recognise the female (wife) so I got confused and wanted to know what's others' take on it? that's why I made this question the scenario you mentioned might be a possibility too but it's unlikely to be the case here, because it's unlikely for a regular romance especially if it is not containing any supernatural and sci-fi elements to show that much backstory although it's possible to show their parents backstory when they were teenagers but I don't think the author is going that far back to the time when they were kids, the interpretation you made might be true but for it happens to be true they (the author/writer) first have to explain how they all were adopted in the first place? and do they all share a tragic backstory? if the writer decides to give them all a backstory it would be stupid to emphasis on one particular story the most, the concept of the anime story is already flawed in its own way. your interpretation is confusing enough to make me more confused thanks anyway
