Does anyone know any of streaming “websites” that has the Blu-ray version available? I’ve been looking at the normal ones but they just have the regular version

As Blu-rays are released months after the original airing, the staff have more time to fix and slightly improve a few areas. Most of the time, it's just slight re-draws here and there, to fix mistakes or inconsistencies, but in some cases they also add more or replace frames for a better overall animation and direction. Aside of that, they remove censorship that is added for TV broadcast, including seizure protections.

You can simply search on Google for comparisons.

In this case it actually contains huge changes and even with that, still not as good as other shows' TV release.

Oh so when it says BD that’s blue ray? I had no idea, thanks!

I'm not sure what you're on about, but JJK season 2 is up there as one of the best looking shows of all time, even if some of the drawings look unfinished and the production was hellish.

@Isagi_Kevichi No, not really. If you have a 30 sec insanely well-animated sequence, just to have another 2 minutes below average animation sequence, it's not a good looking show all in all. It's like saying that Tantei wa Mou, Shindeiru. is well-animated series because the first ep looked really good, while the rest of the show was average.
Also, I don't care about the hellish production from the released product POV. If every staff has the necessary resources, then everything would like KnY. We are rating released products here and not the potential of that product. And the released S2 of JJK was average at best - especially compared to S1.

@ktg I don't know how high your standards are, but the "average" animation quality is seen in Isekai slop that isn't mainstream. JJK is undoubtedly top 25%. I'd argue it's even top 2%. But saying it's somewhere in the 50% range is honestly unreasonable. But I'm done debating this with you. Lots of numb skulls will defend their own opinions like it's a religion.

@Isagi_Kevichi I agree. It definitely looks like that you are presenting a religion, because you couldn't even understand my point.
The "isekai slops" with average animation, are average because every single scene more or less on average level. But you can also achieve an average animation if you have a good scene and a bad scene, because on average that's also average. That's how average works.

Objectively speaking, no, JJK S2 is not in the top 25%, it's not even close. If you are REALLY kind, then we can say it's in the top 40%.
