Writing the tittle felt like a today's manga name, let me explain.

I'm decided on watching a lot of anime (through a long long period of time) as you'll see on my (by my standards) extensive plan to watch list, which is why I wanted to stuff it a lot trying not to miss all the high quality and some variety but to not watch the same niche troupe/theme more than like 3 times tops so i dont end up where they dont offer anything new, try to recommend me as much as you can cause that's exactly the point 👐.

Like just trying to watch all the "objectively" best of the variety/niche (that are worth it, I'm not going to watch an anime about making hats just because it's the best anime about making hats, hope that makes sense) and all the high quality and/or common ground masterpieces.

As hard as it is with such a vast collection, I do kind of have an idea of where I want to start (besides the seasonal anime I'm watching) but I'm curious to see if anyone thinks I'm still missing something on that list that I should definitely watch or has suggestions on where and how to start.
I know this is 100% selfindulgent but that's why I wrote "if you have nothing better to do", thank you in advance ☝.

Pd: maybe you'll notice there's no studio ghibli anime on the list and that's intentional, someday I'll watch all of their work in a marathon because I really really love it.

Lots of must watch anime are missing from your lists.

The easiest way to see whats shared and missing from your list, when comparing with another user, is this script https://myanimelist.net/forum/?topicid=1913594 Series Highlighter -MAL. Use Violentmonkey, Greasemonkey, or Tampermonkey to install / run it.

Click on a users anime or manga list, and sort by score. All the anime or manga you and the user share will be highlighted green. So anything not green is missing from your list. If you sort by score you can see what people have rated 10, 9, 8 or even 7.

Install the script and have a look my anime & manga lists below.

The script also works on the top anime or manga lists. You can quickly see in the top 200+ whats missing from your list.

I'd say you should definitely start Aria and Angel Beats. Two of my favorites on your list.

If we're talking collecting the best of a niche, not having Azumanga Daioh or Bocchi the Rock on there is criminal

Also yeah watch Aria
