 Voice actor Yoshimasa Hosoya announced his marriage via his X (formerly Twitter) account on Tuesday. In his statement, he expressed gratitude to his supporters and revealed that his spouse is a non-industry individual."I sincerely apologize for the personal nature of this announcement, but I would like to inform everyone that I, Hosoya Yoshimasa, have gotten married," he wrote. "My partner is someone outside of this industry." Reflecting on his career, Hosoya shared his appreciation for the connections and support that have allowed him to continue his work. "Since my student days, I have been captivated by theater, and thanks to many people's guidance and support, I have been able to pursue my career up to this day. I will continue striving forward while cherishing the bonds I have with my colleagues and those who support me." Hosoya is a veteran voice actor known for a wide range of roles across anime, dubbing, and narration. His notable performances include Reiner Braun in Shingeki no Kyojin (Attack on Titan), Shichika Yasuri in Katanagatari, Nicholas D. Wolfwood in Trigun Stampede, Orga Itsuka in Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans, and Arata Wataya in Chihayafuru. Hosoya has been recognized for his talents with multiple accolades, winning Best Supporting Actor at the 8th (2014) and 10th (2016) Seiyuu Awards.
