 The official website of the television anime adaptation of Nana Nanana's Danjo no Yuujou wa Seiritsu suru? (Iya, Shinai!!) (Can a Boy and Girl Friendship Hold Up? (No, It Can't!!)) light novel revealed additional cast, staff, and first promotional video. The anime is scheduled to premiere in April 2025.Cast Shinji Makishima: Kou Bonkobara (Blue Lock vs. U-20 Japan) Hibari Inuzuka: Masaaki Mizunaka (Tokyo Revengers) Sakura Natsume: Hisako Kanemoto (Jaku-Chara Tomozaki-kun) Staff Sound Production: Magic Capsule Sound Director: Jin Aketagawa (Sakamoto Days) Music: Jun Ichikawa (Mikakunin de Shinkoukei) Music Production: Pony Canyon Producer: Dream Shift Youhei Suzuki (Sugar Apple Fairy Tale) helms the anime at J.C.Staff. Nozu Yaemori is handling the series composition and Natsuki Ooyama (2.5-jigen no Ririsa animation director) is designing the characters. Nanana began penning the romantic comedy light novel—abbreviated as Danjoru—through Kadokawa's Dengeki Bunko imprint last January, featuring illustrations by Parum. The tenth volume went on sale on December 10. Monthly Dengeki Daioh began serializing a manga adaptation by Kamelie in August 2021. Kadokawa shipped the fourth volume on November 27.
