 The official X (formely Twitter) account of the Ballpark de Tsukamaete! (The Catcher in the Ballpark!) television anime unveiled a pair of additional cast members on Friday. The anime series adapting Tatsurou Suga's sports comedy manga will premiere on TV Tokyo and AT-X in April 2025.Cast Sara: Mayu Sagara (Love Live! Nijigasaki Gakuen School Idol Doukoukai) Kisa Kondou: Wakana Kuramochi (Liar Liar) Retsuto Mitsui: Kazuhiro Nakaya (Marvel Disk Wars: The Avengers) Junichi Kitamura (Isekai de Mofumofu Nadenade suru Tame ni Ganbattemasu.) is directing the anime at EMT Squared. Shigeru Murakoshi (Dark Gathering) is handling the series composition. Fumio Iida (Basquash!) is designing the characters and MONACA (Aharen-san wa Hakarenai) is composing the music. Suga began serializing the sports comedy manga in Morning magazine in September 2020. The 15th volume was released on November 21. Source: Official X |

| Very nice additions. The problem is that the main girl VA Fairouz Ai announced she has to focus on her mental health during the start of the this year. Does this mean we are gonna get a delay I wonder. Have they announced something? We'll see I guess. |
