After the ordeal of our loneliness and despair, there’s always a place to return to our happiness.

The Evangelion narrative transcends love and tears, beyond our opaque reality, breaking the forth dimension, where we meet our Genesis and, valiant, attain new hope and future.

What’s your favourite EVA Movie?

imo 3.0+1.0 gotta be my favorite, probably because it's the one to tie together all the movies into a very nice and kinda understandable bow

Most likely and most certainly I choose 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time as my favorite movie in this series. End of Evangelion, at first viewing, I was quite disappointed with the crap they served, many meaningless and moralless phases, but after seeing people's explanations about the story, I realized that it's not really like that, giving it an 8 out of 4 as a small idea. It's just that the last movie Eva made me realize how important this series was for me, as a simple spectator, caught in the stage poses, which one more than the other, of the characters. The end of the movie left me speechless, I actually cried with joy and sadness at the same time, I don't know how many feelings went through my mind and heart but the fact is that I felt like I was in ninth heaven after that. This film not only has a very great visual impact, but also a psychological and moral impact on a viewer, who at the same time tries to assimilate every detail and every part of the film.
Truly superb, I can say that without hesitation.

I still hold the opinion that The End of Evangelion remains the best movie in the series. The storytelling is unmatched, the imagery is so striking I would hang it on my own walls, and the bittersweet conclusion perfectly captures the idea that meaningful change cannot be achieved swiftly. All in all, it’s a perfect movie.

I understand that many people enjoyed the final installment of the series, but I just can’t bring myself to like it as much as the rest of the franchise. The protagonist’s conclusion felt too easily earned for my taste, and the Michael Bay-esque action sequences weren’t really to my liking. That said, the art direction and story are on par with the rest of the Rebuild films. However, the character of Mari still feels perplexing to me—a character seemingly created just to give the main character a happy ending. I can respect that choice, but it doesn’t resonate with me.

@SettonX1 End was meant to be THE END. So it will always be my favorite. I even own the damn thing. It's depressing as hell though. LOL
