Recently I've been writing many threads here on MAL, they're usually about stuff I've been reflecting about, that in the past I would post on Twitter where it would be read by two people, or in my facebook, where it would be read by ten people.
Now, I notice that some times I get "too into it", end up giving way too many details or context before getting into "the meat of it", so I'll often try, after writing the whole thing, to remove some parts I feel are superfluous so more people will read my posts (Or, at the very lists, hide them into spoiler blocks like some sort of "Director's Cut").

However, I've been hearing from quite some people that my posts still end up too long and/or are somewhat confusing and roundabout about their own points, and that I don't know how to solve alone.
What are the best ways to write better in that regard?

I think your posts are fine as is. Nothing wrong with some longer posts though not every topic tends to hit. Honestly, controversy sells topics the most as sad as that is.

Generally, the factors that hinder reading long posts are the following: Audience's level of interest in the topic, Attention span, and Author's writing.

I would suggest thinks a little about what the core message is that you're trying to get across before you write something. Keep babbling about you to a minimum.

Well you have no problem in your writing only problem that the topic is too confused for some people, (like the middle of road tread that you made is little confused for some people.) make a simple core message but an impact one.

I made a good topic in the past but sadly people just want hot and hate topic is easy to understand, which sigh.

Choose an easily understandable topic title, then it doesn't matter much if the opening post is cluttered and tangled.

Maybe you could try adding a TLDR at the end.

Just look at how I make threads. Always short and to the point so that it'd get the most responses possible.

It just takes practice. Length is not necessarily indicative of quality, but if you want to be more concise, then consider both the number of sentences and what exactly you are trying to communicate in them. I've found that initially dumping I too can become repetitious and get off on tangents, so it helps to read it over again and trim out some of the excess. However, if you are just writing for yourself as a means of processing, it can be nice to just say what's on your mind without overthinking it.
