| Most modern screens are widescreen (16:9), so 4:3 content will not utilize the full screen,.. 12 to 15 year olds shounen-tachi prefer the widescreen format as it aligns with current viewing screens .. There’s something truly special about revisiting the styles and formats that bring back fond childhood memories. Watching anime in the 4:3 aspect ratio can definitely transport you back to those nostalgic moments. I think While 4:3 can add a distinct visual style, it might not necessarily make demon slayer more attractive to me. It could be an interesting experiment, but the success would largely depend on how well the aspect ratio complements the storytelling of kimetsu. Middle school kids can come up with better stories than demon slayer.. |
