What the. It will be interesting at the very least.

Supernatural definitely has many elements which will translate decently into anime. Bishies, wangsting, monster-of-the-week, more wangsting, BL fodder, etc. I can easily see the Japanese audience lapping it up, particularly them fangirls.

Artemis Fowl anime where?! =x
Haha, yeah. It will definitely fit right in.

An Artemis Fowl anime would be beautiful.

Interesting... have to wait and see what they do with it though. Hopefully will be an original storyline and not a remake of existing series content.

I'm so happy about this that I don't even care what the hell they'll do with the story. Just the mere thought of animated Sam and Dean... oh yeah. MADHOUSE I surrender.

It's like someone's adapting a manga into a Hollywood flick, except in reverse!

So the awesome comes second nowadays.

Hum, if they do a diferent storyline than the show itself I might be inclined to watch it, otherwise there are better anime to watch out there.

Will be interesting to see an anime adaptation of Sam and Dean lol.

Whoa, I was not expecting this at all. I love the Tv show. I'm not so sure I'm going to love the Anime...But since its MadHouse I'll give it a try.
Hopefully it turns out good. A animated version of Sam and Dean is a must see.

What? Definitely didn't see this coming, I love the series. Just, please, no Sam + Dean fanservice :-X This will turn out either as complete disaster or as f*cking awesome.

They are just taking notice of how big and important the worldwide anime industry has become. These are good moves, we can just hope that they don't fuck it up.

BTW did you all know that Dragon Age will be getting it's respective anime adapation? It will definitely be another movie, like with the other EA Games (Dante's Inferno and Dead Space.) So EA has become aware of this as well. It's a good market so why not take advantage of it?

I did not believe this was real when I first heard. Awesome. I can't wait for them to do a joke on the real show about the copious amounts of BL fan art that will be created.

Which also means that Warner Bros or whoever have no faith in their own American cartoon producer/studio. Har har.

Madhouse, you should do something else instead!

Heh.

I guess Madhouse have realised that they are completely out of touch with Otaku in Japan, so are now relying heavily on Western franchises and like Marvel superheroes and this, along with things that appeal to western audiences in general such as zombies (Highschool of the Dead, anyone?) in order to get sales and profits from international sales and licences to prevent them from going bust.
