| I've never been a big fan of best girl competitions which is partly why I dislike harem anime. But I can at least see the interest behind it because authors make it so that most pairings are possible with enough setup done before hand But Bokuben is one series, where only one girl has proper emotional development with the mc and builds a proper bond. Perhaps it was due to the anime getting rushed, but given that I've only seen the anime I could only see the mc getting with Fumino with how shallow his feelings for other characters were. In my eyes, this anime doesn't even deserve to have a "best girl" contest. Interesting topic btw. |
