Tbh, it's really impossible in my case. I mean, some shows like Amagi brilliant park, Attack on Titan- catching names which is easy to remember but most of the isekai like Reincarnated... something, there names are almost ditto and huge. I still can remember some but every isn't possible.

Edit: it's to its.

Absolutely not. I can retain at least some info about shows that really stood out to me and I'm fairly good at remembering what anime a song is from...But asking if I can remember every name, especially with how long some of them are. Not gunna happen.

Just the ones I like

ex: Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Comedy wa Machigatteiru

but the most recent ones are essentially the premise in the title

No, I never had particularly good memory, and it's not worth the time to remember names of mediocre or bad anime anyway.

Some short names etc. Sure fine, I might remember some acronyms of longer shows but stuff like:

Tsuujou Kougeki ga Zentai Kougeki de Ni-kai Kougeki no Okaasan wa Suki desu ka?
Maou Gakuin no Futekigousha: Shijou Saikyou no Maou no Shiso, Tensei shite Shison-tachi no Gakkou e Kayou
Slime Taoshite 300-nen, Shiranai Uchi ni Level Max ni Nattemashita
Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae wo Bokutachi wa Mada Shiranai.
Shinchou Yuusha: Kono Yuusha ga Ore Tueee Kuse ni Shinchou Sugiru
Yuusha Party wo Tsuihou sareta Beast Tamer, Saikyoushu no Nekomimi Shoujo to Deau
Tensei shitara Dainana Ouji Datta node, Kimama ni Majutsu wo Kiwamemasu
Kyuukyoku Shinka shita Full Dive RPG ga Genjitsu yori mo Kusoge Dattara
Tensei Kizoku no Isekai Boukenroku: Jichou wo Shiranai Kamigami no Shito

There's more like these but I've picked few examples from my own list, I do remember these titles having long names but there's not a single chance I'll memorise the whole thing.

I mostly remember international names, and a few short original ones (I can understand them but not type without googling).

Whenever someone says something like "have you watched Tsukikage no Harukaze Shinra no Mirinoko", my first reaction is "lol what?"

I don't even bother to remember names of japanese voice actors - I just use for an example "voice of vegeta" or "voice of frieza".

So answer is no and I don't need it. But I can remember most Donghua titles (which are completly unrelated to anime, but they are on mal too)

It took me a lot of time until I learnt that Demon Slayer everybody was talking about is actually Kimetsu no Yaiba.

@nirererin No problem. Probably because Japanese syllabification and pronunciation is somewhat similar to Russian.
For instance, we spell "karate" the same way as Japanese: "karate", while for an English speaker, even such easy word somehow turns into such abomination as "keh-rAh-ti"

I memorise anime name by the English title because of it is easier for me, recently after using mal I tried to look at the Japanese title and yeah, English speaker make things like abhorrent but still it's not very easy to remember many LN or isekai long long title... right?

yeah, Re:Zero is just it. there's no need to remember extension. and no kidding, those huge long long name are too much. for me tensei or slime is more than enough.
even in the last season, there are anime like Lv2 and something, elf and something. I don’t remember those name and for I have go through my animelist just for their name. this is also pain but less lmao

With every series I watch, or even just contemplate watching, discuss, etc., I decide very early on whether I prefer and am therefore going to refer to it by either its original Japanese or English name, and then get comfortable doing so.

Whichever name I settle on as the one I'm exclusively or principally going to refer to that series by, yes, I do always remember that regardless of length or variation.

Typically if the Japanese name is far too long for a series title or I feel like it has too many vowel combinations or other quirks of language which are going to make it bothersome to try to remember, or just otherwise doesn't flow naturally and isn't "catchy" enough for me for some vague/subtle reason, then I'll go with the English name.

I usually more often default to the Japanese name as the first option. In some rare cases I actually don't dislike the Japanese title yet like the English one even better to such an extent that I'll actually choose it instead, as, for example, in the case of The Apothecary Diaries vs. Kusuriya no Hitorigoto - but in that case it's pure visual and aural preference as they would be almost equally easy to remember.
