Which anime give you a peace of mind?

In a sense of vibe, conversation between characters, story, do anime that bring you peace are greater or lesser in meaning?

Some of my personal favorite comfort foods are Flying Witch, Cowboy Bebop, Patlabor, Kiki's Delivery Service, Whisper of the Heart, and Maison Ikkoku. Some of these so much so that I'll occasionally have them on in the background while I do something else, as I just enjoy having them on.

Flying Witch and Hakumei to Mikochi are, to me, two of the most peaceful series out of everything I've seen.

And while maybe not quite up to the same level, something in that same vein from the current season is Ramen Akaneko.

Shit like "Restaurant to Another World" is one of my favorite modern Anime franchises. Yet I could go on and on for quite a while if I was to try to make a list of everything I have watched in my opinion.

Yuru Camp/Laid-back Camp truly is laid-back and comfy.

Also, Cardcaptor Sakura. It's nostalgic and just feels familiar. I feel at home watching it.

My biggest comfort anime was honestly horimiya. It was just one of those animes that brought me to peace when I watched it. I remember binging it at the library of my college lost track of time 🤣😁

@iieskaa Snack Basue is such an underrated & overlooked show. To me it was one of my pleasant surprises this past Winter.
I'll also see your hand and raise you:
Mr. Villain's Day Off

You have the Masterful Cat is Depressed Again Today. Good choice.
Also for me was Let's Redo Our Lives.

Like many have mentioned, Yuru Camp and Natsume Yuujinchou.

Some of the less dramatic slice-of-life moments of 3-gatsu no Lion, usually involving the Kawamoto sisters and tasty food. Just warms my heart.

Some quieter moments of Sound! Euphonium, often walking home from school or playing an instrument outdoors for fun. Beautiful and kind of nostalgic, and just a pure love for music and sharing music with someone else.

this is like my favourite genre of anime but off the top of my head,
i'd probably just mention for more relaxing, and heartwarming anime:

aria, yokohama kaidashi kikou, yuru camp and natsume yuujinchou.

a few more peaceful anime but with more serious undertones
would probably be:

kino no tabi: the beautiful world, mushishi and haibane renmei.

There might be quite a bit of such stuff, but I only remember one which was totally peacful without anything in it which would break that feeling and that is Healer Girl.

Cardcaptor Sakura
Castle in the Sky
Frieren

K-On!

I think these are the ones I would count as peaceful anime for myself. Anime I could watch as often as I want and still can enjoy it, just because of the vibe they have and how the characters are interacting with each other.

Mushishi and Natsume Yuujincho, hence they're 2 of my favorite anime.

I would say that any anime that manage to put my mind in state of tranquility is great.

The best one for me would be Natsume book of friends.
Sangatsu was pretty peaceful too.
Some romance anime were peaceful as well.

Purpose? What other purpose than to satisfy the demand?
Even some disturbing noncon would likely give me peace of mind if it's yuri, but feel free to suggest something that wouldn't.

Currently, I'm watching Usagi Drop. So, that's my answer at the moment. It's really comforting, cute, and wholesome, with occasionally funny moments.
