So I've been banned from MAL-Badges, after spending nearly two years of my time and dedication to helping out, being the club's spokesperson, and planning for the revamp, it all goes down the fucking drain. What a joke the club has become. I advise everyone to stop using the feature and stop showing their support for the site and the club. We were promised that we will see changes come to the site, and nothing's been done for the past year. I doubt the site will be touched for the foreseeable future. If you're angry and annoyed about the lack of development, then good, you should be. |

| I’ve been fascinated by animation for as long as I can remember. I first saw Star Blazers on tv when I was around 10. Even though I’d never heard the word “anime”, I immediately realized it was different from other cartoons & became obsessed with it (even waking up early over summer break to watch it & going back to bed afterwards). While I also watched other Americanized examples like Battle of the Planets, Voltron & Tranzor Z, the next one to really get me obsessed was Robotech when I was in my later teens. But I didn’t really get into more authentic anime until I was around my mid-20s with titles like Ranma 1/2, Tenchi Muyo, Slayers & Magic Knight Rayearth. Before I knew it, 30 years have passed & I’m watching more anime than ever thanks to streaming. |

| Anime was always on TV and usually the better choice as a kid. I remember coming home from elementary school to watch DoReMi. I don't remember when I got serious about anime though, it definitely started with Death Note. Maybe like 22? I'm just guessing. |

| My anime habit started at age 34 with Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo. I only watched it at first to find out if a friend of mine voiced the MC. He didn't, but I got hooked anyway. I list Speed Racer and Voltron as some of my first animes, but those were just occasional views. |

| 5-6 (not sure if really counts since I have no idea of what Anime is when I was watching) Watched only 2 when I was 11-15 but I start to watching much when I was 16-17, I think I even watch more than people who started before knowing it's anime and I watch more Anime in my adult life compared to my teenager years. I never understood why most people say the opposite when everyone have more years living as adult than a teenager. |

| I was really little and used to watch stuff like Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh with my brothers. Then i saw DBZ for the first time when i was 20 cause i had heard a girl i was trying to get for mine and my best friend's video game project voiced Chiaotzu/Kid Trunks in the Ocean dub. The rest was history, and i started physically collecting similar series like Bleach, YuYu Hakusho, and Naruto, being able to actually hold/read manga for the first time |

About 14~15... sometime in 1996-ish. IIRC; this Mecha Model basically kicked things off for me, in X-Mas of 1995; By the close of 1996 or so, i had several of the FHE Dual-Eps. VHS Vols. of the "MACROSS SAGA" portion of ROBOTECH; Sometime in 1997, i discovered GUNDAM... thanks to this kit; Sometime in the very-late-90's, i came across my first Waifu figure; And in the early-2000's, i came by my first Waifu Doll, taking me down the path i follow to this day; Leap to 2024... and Here is where i stand Today; |
