Whenever there is a big snowfall, like snowstorms, the video gets blurry. I know it's usually a camera/bitrate issue, but does it happen in animation too? And does it also happen in movies/films in general? Because I've never noticed it before. I've made sure that Netflix is playing the highest bitrate of the video.

It's not really about the camera bitrate. It's the compression of the video for different resolutions and quality which affects the bitrate. Personally, I didnt notice any blurriness. Maybe it has something to do with your device and how the netflix algorithm decided what's the "best" for you. But that's just my guess.

listen you can say anything was bad but if you say animation was bad no one gonna believe you. it has amazing animation

@Leorokragna I'm talking about the resolution/bitrate, not the animation.
