I just wanted to know if the anime adaptation or the manga is any good cause the rating is very low compared to the light novel but I'm the type of guy who doesn't want to just read books or words

The animation of the anime of the previos seasons are very ugly, and the story is identical to the manga (sorry i only read the manga), I personally prefer the manga because the illustration are more beatiful

LN seems to be the better medium for this story, as evidenced by the ratings. It's also much much further ahead.
Anime or manga seem more or less equivalent.

Neither. Light novels.

The anime is a mixed bag. The first season is pretty good, and the second season is okay, but the third season isn’t something I feel comfortable recommending to my friends.

The manga is a pretty good adaptation, but it’s just that: an adaptation. It needs to leave out a lot of detail, and it is (infamously) adapting three different parts of the light novels at the same time, so the anime has been consistently ahead of the manga.

The light novels are still light novels, so the prose isn’t super polished, but the prose is definitely very good for a light novel series. Bookworm is definitely among the better written and more accessible light novels series out there, so it’s not a bad pick for someone’s first light novel series.

I started with the anime and then found out it was a manga and then a light novel. I like the LN, for the story, the manga for the pictures, and the anime to bring all of that to life. But, reading the light novel first is a good place to start. They are further along in the story.
