| stark is finally here, he may be a bit of a fraud but bro got potential unlike most. seeing phantoms of himmel and heiter gotta be rough, but they got the job done. visuals still clean and osts are still hitting, another nice episode. |

| Stark is awesome! I like his character design a lot too. I actually thought he might BE the dragon at first based on his red colour scheme lol. I suppose reaching this spirit place is the final destination of the whole series then. Unless it does a bunch of time skips like it did before. Interesting either way. |

| Another solid episode. The journey Frieren and Fern embark on moves along and we finally get to meet Stark. I think his VA is pretty fitting overall, and it's funny to see how the people treat him even though it's revealed that his original encounter with the dragon was just pure luck in the end. Also, Frieren just wanting to deal with a dragon just for the grimoire lying in it's nest is just another reason why that trait of hers cracks me up. I love that she'd be willing to do anything just to learn a new spell, no matter how dangerous it may be. I do also wonder just why he would be going at the fissure he's made at night, like, wouldn't he be bothering the villagers who are trying to sleep or something? I very much look forward to the next episode. |

| Can't get enough of Fern's pouts and Frieren's cute expressionless face. So this is the point where Stark makes his appearance and it turns into an obvious shounen show, or so I've heard from a few criticizers? I'll begin the manga and see for myself, so far though I really really love this anime and I respect Madhouse for keeping it steady and not rushing |

I'm not impressed by this anime and so far, I still find it overrated but I will admit that the production quality of this anime is pretty good so I'll give them that, I also enjoyed this episode so yeah, this anime is decent, it has a slow buildup though so I hope the buildup is worth it, Steins;Gate also has a slow buildup and it turned out to be pretty awesome later on and now it's my favorite anime so I hope this anime manages to do something good with the slow buildup and manages to impress me later on.
The red hair guy seems to be another Zenitsu, I hope that's not the case since I hate Zenitsu but that's the impression I got with this new character, he seems to be a coward with a secret badass double personality or something, the red dragon probably ran away because his secret badass double personality kicked in and the dragon escaped or something and he doesn't remember it, I'm probably wrong but that's the impression I'm getting so far.
Anyway, it's a nice episode and it's enjoyable so far, I do find the personality of those 2 girls a bit boring though, and they both appear to have exactly the same personality which isn't helping.

@234Mannan Ah I see, he's not a Zenitsu then, he simply got lucky like King from OPM, I'm cool with this.
I do hope he keeps that cowardly attitude in check, too much of it and he will look like Zenitsu and that will annoy me, but I don't mind if he does it one or twice every 2 episodes or something, just don't go overboard with it like Zenitsu did.
