Zegapain (KanaHana first main role anime) sequel was recently announced. Quite unexpected. Do you have any "forgotten" favorite to also get a sequel?

Myself, usually, after a lot of time has passed, I would just want to get a reboot, or a remake which eventually continues into something new, but not always.

For instance, even though it was announced some years ago, it is still quite unlikely that Top wo Nerae! 3, or Gunbuster 3 will ever actually happen, what with the situation with Gainax nowadays.

I feel like something could be done together with Khara and Trigger studios, but in the end it just seems too good to be true.

I think Baccano! sequel announcement would also be a wonderful thing.

I'm sorry i've never heard of this anime, but i'm sure those who do will certainly find this news exciting and will be happy to see her reprise her first role.

Quite unexpected indeed. Although I love Zegapain I don’t think it needed a sequel, but of course I’m glad that we are getting new material and the franchise is getting the respect it deserves by executives, and hopefully fans can give it more love too.

An obscure anime I definitely want to see a sequel from is Tetsuwan Birdy: Decode. A week ago I would say it was impossible but after seen it from Zega now I think anything could happen.

And of course, a Top wo nerae! third part would be great.
