Very interesting episode, looks like the story is winding down to a conclusion.

I can't imagine what the green-haired guy's motives are for dumping the bio-oids into the lake, unless he's just crazy and trying to cause some general disorder. Also it's nice to see that the three main characters have developed so much - Makoto is showing affection toward his mother, Masayuki is standing up to his father, and Tarou seems to have stopped obsessing about his sister.

I like how mood in these series is created by music and by the surroundings. Typhoon in this episode is a perfect example of the latter. Great episode.

This was an intense episode! I really liked it and considering there is only two more episodes, I'm curious to know how it'll end.

The scenario is finally a bit clearer and I love what I'm learning ! Great episode as always, but I fear that the end may be rushed because there's only two episodes left...

Great episode, they're really doing a good job building up to what should be a mind blowing ending to this series.

Couldn't agree more, throughout the whole episode I was thinking how much the typhoon was an awesome touch to the atmosphere (also a used but still good metaphor). There is definitely a storm brewing in that town (sorry, that was pretty bad). Also, I do not think that I have ever felt personal hatred towards any two fictional characters like I do towards the bald women and the fat one (I will never bother to remember their names, though I'm not sure the fat one has had her name ever mentioned).

One of the strengths of this show all along has been its use of sound to create mood, as the show reaches its "crescendo" things are getting more intense.

Definitely looking forward to seeing how this all wraps up.

Probably the best episode yet. I so glad to see that my predictions was right. There were two villians, and I guessed right that the green-haired assitant was the second one (Noriko was obviously the first one since we saw her true colors earlier in the series). Probably when he was typing those messages on the computer, and they seemed like they were going after Masayuki, was when I figured out that he was up to no good.
Everyone else is pretty much right as to why this episode was so great.

Although...Tarou is still stuck on Miyako's name. Maybe because he can't completely shake off his obsession with her sister "Mizuka".

Fantastic episode -- it seems all the plot threads are converging, and the story feels much more solid to me than it did last episode. It was great to see the three boys moving past their problems -- Makoto with his mom, Masayuki with his dad, Taro with Miyako and Mizuka.

Man its getting very climactic now. Still more questions to be answered though I have a feeling they wont leave any loose ends except possibly for a few very intentional well planned ones.

Wow, what a disappointing episode.
I don't think this show will end well. Many things are left unanswered, and no way in hell they'll be able to reveal everything in 2 episodes.

I actually like the way they're trying to balance technology with traditional beliefs here.

And I've never believed that the requirements of a good series have to involve it answering every question it imposes. Two more to go, and I can hear the ends of the wrapping, but still, yeah... not sure if this will end nicely.

Heard somewhere that the creators intended focus of the series to be about how the three boys are growing up amidst all of the unnatural sequences they had to experience, and on that they've given enough.

Of all the problems I'm more drawn to find the root causes of Suiten's strangeness, even more than the biooids or artificial limbs. Well they sure are going to connect somehow, yeah, but...

I loved this series so far, character development has been really good. The unsettling atmosphere created with the use of sounds is great, as always. The typhoon at the beginning was a great touch.

This episode, more than any other, made me realize how terrible literally every single parent in this show is. They range from being barely competent (Miyako's dad and Taro's parents)to being downright neglectful (Miyako's mom, Makoto's mom and Masayuki's parents).

At first I thought this series has a serious case of bad moms but then again, the dads in this series aren't exactly that great either.

I still hate those voice changes at the start of every episode, the recaps.

Interesting to see where the mystery has gone to now, which is something I didn't expect. The ending is somewhat predictable now, although anything can happen at this point.

In this episode we finally see Taro's balls drop. Good boy Taro! Telling that hag to GTFO. "We're Sake brewers!" We worship the God of Sake" Good on you!

And how many "Gods" those Shinto have? Is there a God for everything? It seems like it.

What do you think the green spirit thing Taro found in the soul plane is? The one that said he knows him best. I'm surprised no one is mentioning it.
