| As someone who doesn't actually need subs to watch any show, I personally like to wait for CoalGuys subs on this one. It really does make the experience all that more enjoyable. B Gata H Kei, just isn't as funny as a lot of you believe it out to be. It's not troll enough to be called troll subs per se, but rather just a funnier alternative. There were only a few obvious changes that I can remember: model -> Christina Aguilera damn it -> fuck fuckidy fuck fuck cantaloupe -> watermelon and KFC was substituted in there somewhere if I recall correctly. The point is that what characters are saying in the anime aren't much different from the CoalGuys translation, but it's certainly less funny than it. |
| But my point is that subtitles are not supossed to be "funny" or "entertain us" they're supposed to translate. Even if the show is crappy, we watch them because we are supposed to be promised quality especailly if this is a very consistent, quality group that had done very well before this and this sort of thing comes out of nowhere. |

| Good episode, but it's getting repetitive and needs some development already. Coalguys' translation was annoying. They're just making things up, not translating. The subs aren't supposed to be funny, the anime is. |
