She woke up at the end of Shibuya arc and I think there was some time between that and Megumi finding Yuji. Guessing he spoke with her then which is why it seems underwhelming now. |

| What if Tsumiki was another star plasma vessel user or another finished death painting like Yuji .We learned from Tsukumo that there are multiple vessels and Yuji was specifically created to be a vessel of sukuna. What if the whole culling game was to gather enough energy so she could become a new vessel for Tengen and the reason they didn't see an immediate change was because Tsumiki needed to be in one of the barriers for the rituals energy to be completed. What if Tengen took over as soon as she entered and even used his power to navigate to Yuji and Megumi. |
