I like them, but I am not a fan. For instance, the fact that "Kimetsu no Yaiba" is basically a chibi form anime does not thrill me at all. I kind of think it's a shame. Especially since "Made in Abyss" does a brilliant job being chibi form. Kimetsu no Yaiba's chibi character design, really takes me out of the show.

It's a great way of changing the pace, makes things cuter and I bet it's somewhat easier to draw, changing styles is a thing I love about a lot of comedy anime, and one of the things that made me apreciate Monogatari series even though the fanservice goes a bit too wild at times

Not much but it's cute when used properly.
It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines
and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it,
is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service.

It is almost always a sign of poor animation budget and/or direction to be honest. Sometimes it's effectively, but it's usually the mark of a low budget production and this is no different.

That being said I'm quite enjoying the show regardless. Kubo has that syruppy sweetness to her that is almost intoxicating. Everything she does is animated with such SAUCE, and her VA is Hanazaka Kana, so that only adds to it. I think it's a matter of personal taste, but the Kubo-character, equal parts Nagatoro and Akebi (from Akebi's Sailor Uniform), is certainly a weakness of mine. Or rather, to put it in weeb terms, she's the ultimate selfless dere-dere. For these three episodes that's fine, but I do hope she gets some more depth later on to really round out her character into something realistic. But even as a fantasy she at least serves her purpose quite well, so even if it doesn't change this show is decent enough for me to keep watching.

"All"? I don't know, I wasn't able to ask every anime watcher and I doubt that "all" like chibi.
As for me personally, I'm not a fan of chibi, but I don't mind to see chibi characters here and there. Sometimes it looks cute, sometimes funny.

I normally dislike chibi forms, but I think those used in this show are alright.
