So in the first episode of this season... Kurou said to iwanaga that it's better not to show up in his place often.. People might get the wrong idea.. And the iwanaga anaswerd: you can tell em she is my girlfriend
But the kurou said :i cant lie
So... They arent in a romantic releationship?.. After all that happend..will they be in further chapters of manga?

Kurou says things along those lines a lot but they are in fact in a relationship. It’s subtle but he really does love her and I hope the anime does their dynamic justice. So far they’re on the right track.

Additionally, Iwanaga went from “premarital s*x, how indecent” in the beginning of the first season to literally trying to get into Kurou’s pants whenever the opportunity presented itself. If that doesn’t indicate anything about their relationship, then I don’t know what else does.
