Option to hide certain anime/manga from list, but still have it count.

I want my anime and manga hours to be as accurate as possible, but I don't want people to see some of the weirder stuff I watch. It would be awesome if I were able to hide certain (spicy) anime/manga on my list so I don't have to leave them out altogether.
