Welp I liked it idk and read it's novel and just dropping a hint, vol 1 -18 are more like a prologue for this and man does this blow off your mind after that.

Just a fun isekai adventure. It takes a lot of tropes that I like, and combines them together in a nice and enjoyable way. I also appreciate how the mc jumps around between a bunch of locations and cast members. Makes it a bit more interesting imo, like Mushoku Tensei (though that one is much better)

So it’s certainly nothing amazing, but I still really like it.

Although I’ve heard that the ln is apparently supposed to cover some fairly deep psychological shit with the mc. I don’t know if the anime cut that part out, or if it’s supposed to happen later on the story. I hope it’s the later.

just found it enjoyable. Even if it does a bunch of things other isekai animes/mangas/LNs do, as long as there is one small thing that's different like the type of girls in the harem or how he got isekai'd I'll enjoy it. (Most of the time)

I like the LN but dislike the anime. The reasons why I like the LN:
1) Liselotte is an interesting character.
2) Rio is one of the few isekai protagonists that loses fights.

Anyway, if what LN readers are saying is true and it gets better, then it's fine, because I honestly can't see how it can possibly get worse.

I had a good laugh episode 1 when the ending theme starts blaring when he struts into the throne room like nobody's business. I couldn't tell if it was supposed to be a badass moment or not, but it came off so tasteless and awkward that part of me wants to believe it was meant to be a comical moment, but my heart knows it's not which makes the scene so much better/worse.
Then the show became exactly what I was looking for: the perfect, low stakes, trashy isekai that can numb my brain while I eat some potato chips past midnight.
A solid 6 out of 10 to which I recommend Honey Butter or Seaweed flavored chips for best viewing experience

Not confirmed yet. The LN is ongoing. Volume 23 just released in Japan yesterday.

I have only read until Volume 21.
