| ❅ Min-Max length: Minimum is a normal 1 cour anime, but if you find a good movie or short OVA, it would be a good bonus gift. No maximum limit. ❅ Likes: I like a large cast of fun characters, and my favorite characters tend to be either disruptive forces of nature (Tomoko Kuroki from WataMote and Haruhi Suzumiya), good-natured airheads (Tsukasa from Lucky Star or Osaka from Azumanga Daioh), or the responsible ones who aren't afraid to do something silly sometimes (Fuuka Ayase from Yotsuba). I believe all of my favorite characters fit in at least one of those categories. It's a big bonus if they want to improve themselves and have heartfelt moments. (Even if there isn't much character development.) I can appreciate good sound design and creative animation. I like SoL and mystery. ❅ Dislikes: I don't have much luck with isekai-type fantasy. I'm fine with supernatural stuff, however. | ❅ Min-Max length: any length is fine, from short movies to 200+ full length episode series but don't expect me to binge long series in a short time but I have no problem with longer series ❅ Likes: anything is fine, if there's anything that you think I need to watch it, just send it but if it's hard for you to determine what works for me and my list and scores don't really make any sense to you (and let me tell you it doesn't make any sense, generally my older scores are harsher or better to say nowadays I easily give high scores when I enjoy something while that wasn't the case for anything I watched before 2020 and I almost never rewatch shows and never reworked on adjusting my older scores) these are some of the safer bets for me: any "girly kids" anime, anything with a good combination of drama+comedy, most shows with cute girls main cast and/or kids cast (though the cast shouldn't be too big, around 5 main characters for a 1-cour show is fine but the majority of idol anime just have too many characters in them) and any anime with these themes: positivity, childcare. uh the value of "life" and appreciation of life I can write more about what things I like but I feel like it might bring misunderstandings and/or I will get something that "fits" to my likes but it doesn't "work" for me (not that every anime that fits to these liking would work for me either way) so if you find some connection between my high scores (7+) and something I haven't seen and it's not mentioned above, you can recommend it to me or even you can send whatever, idm challenging myself with new things ❅ Dislikes: Hentai, Sequels (or other relations) of anime that I already have on my list (since I want to try new things), preferably send me the first part of a long franchises even if the later parts can be watched independently (don't send me later Macross entries for example), similarly to sequels, any adaptations that I already have read/dropped/paused/am reading their manga so take a look at my manga list (again I want to try new things) Also additionally just like the "Likes", none of these dislikes "should" be avoided and you can completely ignore them if you're confident about the recommendation, however if you're confused what you should avoid or don't know if something is suited for me or not I'm writing what types of anime I usually don't like/care but none of them are concrete: - Anything that's gory/violent or anything super gross: Corpse Party for example but more than 95% of TV anime aren't that violent and should be fine; similarly if an anime is horror and it isn't a comedy or mystery, the horror aspect probably turns me off - Brainless (?) action shows: if the point of a show is enjoying the hype action scenes, there is a high chance that I won't care about it, similarly for sports shows, if the anime mainly just has great matches/competitions it's probably a miss for me; still there are some anime like these that I actually enjoyed them - Dramatic or wholesome yuri/yaoi: I may enjoy funny BL/GL but probably won't care for the other types - Survival/Battle royale type: I think these type of anime has a similar vibe to hyper shows (I generally don't care about high stakes moments) but also they are different because they usually have "ill spirited"/"too crazy" cast and it makes sense for these type of shows to be acting like that however I don't really want to see these type of characters - Avant-Garde (?): anything that's too abstract (unless it's super short which I may dig it in) or heavily relied on symbolism or anything "allegorical" is probably a miss for me ❅ Any sub/stream restrictions?: The anime must have "full" English subs, I don't want to watch any dubs or stop somewhere in between because the rest of the show still don't have subs ❅ Can the recommendation be on your Plan to Watch list? | ❅ Min-Max length: 12 - 250 (prefer something over 20 eps tho) ❅ Likes: action, shounen, adventure (favorite genre), thriller, superpower, seinen, cyber punk, time travel, fantasy (also one of my favorites), slice of life, mystery, supernatural, character development, unique/epic cast, sports, music, emotional, usually tend to like shows from 1990 - 2018 (but anything works) ❅ Dislikes: romance (u can try to give me romance but in most cases I probably won’t enjoy it) love triangles, garbage characters, overload amount of fan-service, incredibly overused plots, not much of a fan of mecha tbh, trying not to go for mainstream or anything too known (i probably already know of it or am avoiding it), actual useless drama ❅ Any sub/stream restrictions?: no ❅ Can the recommendation be on your Plan to Watch list?
