This is a short anime film directed by Naoko Yamada of A Silent Voice/K-On/Liz and the Blue Bird fame that was released earlier this year in October as part of Amazon Prime's "Modern Love: Tokyo" anthology series. It's basically Naoko Yamada's most significant work since Heike Monogatari and it would be great if it was added to the database so more people can discover it.

It was produced, directed, and voice acted in Japan. Also, if it being a part of a live action anthology disqualifies it somehow, it's kind of strange that the following entry is in the database despite being a 13 minute segment of a live action film. Both are very much anime films and deserve to be in the database IMO.
