'Lv1 Maou to One Room Yuusha' Reveals Main Staff, Additional Cast for 2023

Kadokawa opened an official website for the television anime adaptation of toufu's Lv1 Maou to One Room Yuusha (Level 1 Demon Lord and One Room Hero) manga on Saturday, revealing the main staff, additional cast, a teaser visual (pictured above), and teaser promotional video. The anime is scheduled to premiere in 2023.

Leo: Hiro Shimono (Kimetsu no Yaiba)
Yuria: Ami Koshimizu (RWBY: Hyousetsu Teikoku)

Director: Keisuke Inoue (Otome Game no Hametsu Flag shika Nai Akuyaku Reijou ni Tensei shiteshimatta...)
Series Composition: Toshiya Oono (Yakusoku no Neverland)
Character Design: Yoshihiro Watanabe (Shinmai Maou no Testament)

toufu began serializing the comedy fantasy manga in the Comic Fuz website in March 2019. Kadokawa will ship the seventh volume on October 3.

Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the manga in English on August 17 last year and released the fourth volume on April 12. The fifth volume is scheduled to ship on February 21.

Cool looking trailer, I guess. So the hero becomes a neet and the demon lord follows him, but as like a little girl for some reason.

Yeah how would this reflection even work, I know it's supposed to like symbolize that the demon lord is in front of them. But the reflection would suggest that they are standing in a completely different direction from the demon lord.

Maybe because almost all isekai are based on, or inspired by Dragon Quest.

I checked out the manga. It's got a funny and intriguing tale, which sounds promising.

This trailer looks epic and funny enough. The cast also looks impressive.
