| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- LOL. Again, they are doing a pretty good job at following the manga. Aww, Kotoko discovers that Tsundere Irie-kun used to be a trap :) I like the addition the the cellphone threat. That technology update from the original makes the threat even more powerful: instant distribution! :D They sure inflated the results of the exam though! LOL in the manga she is #100. Hmm, this ep ends half way through manga chapter 3. They skipped a chunk of chapter 2 involving the friends. I also enjoyed all the goofy facial expressions :D |

| Wow, that was great.. much better than the mediocre first episode. Funny episode was funny.. and not only because of the nature of the happenings.. but also, as Emi mentioned, the way they drew the expressions. From very cute to very funny, everything was delivered! <3 |

| I seriously cannot get enough of this show. This episode was just as good as the first one, and I can't wait to watch more (in fact, I think I cheered when I saw this episode was released... heh). Kotoko is so adorable! She really is a likable heroine. I loved her reaction when she saw she was in the top fifty. :3 |

| I thought the first episode was a bit slow but I loved this episode, it was so great, and I love how she blackmailed him. I laughed at what she used for blackmail too :3 |
| This episode was really good. I also found the first to be a bit bland and generic, but I got a lot of laughs out of this one, despite it being somewhat typical. Definitely a keeper. |

| Eh, it was pretty good. The Irie as a girl was a good laugh. Especially when Kotoko used it for blackmail. It would have been interesting to see what woulda happened if everyone saw the picture of Irie :P I think this series will be mildly entertaining based on the first two episodes. |

| I really loved this episode -- not only was it hilarious as already said, it also shows Irie acting something like a human being (even if it's just in very small ways -- holding the train door, etc.) I can understand why Kotoko still likes him a bit; after imagining for two years that he was a fantastic person, she can't quite shake the idea that there might be something good about him beneath the icy exterior. But his jerkiness is funny too, so I don't mind if it continues for a while XD |

| Very good episode with realistic character development and lots of actual good comedy. I don't especially like shoujo (most of the time because nothing ever fucking happens), but this one, even this clichéd and retro, manages to not waste a single second or a single frame. It also did the great job of making me sympthize with all the characters in but two episodes. This is definitely another of the awesome series that started this april. Though I don't know if I'll follow it on a weekly basis or if I'll wait six months to marathon it : waiting a week before watching episode 2 was painful, as painful as waiting a whole week to watch Kurenai 2... |

| Man, I love how totally shoujo this series is. And while the two main characters are still pretty cliché, the rest of the cast is great. And doesn't the school have anything better to do than gossip about their relationship? |
| i'm so glad the mom isnt as creepy as in the tw drama. and kotoko is SO adorable. yeah, i'm really really enjoying this anime lots =) i can't wait for the next episode!! i love the expressions and stuff :) oh,and i am just loving how super shoujo this show is. usually i have to read manga to get all this shoujo goodness (or watch marmalade boy) but this shows got the oldschool shoujo cliches and whatnot and i love it! |

| This show really reminds me of Marmalade Boy. Even the eye-catch is very similar to the one used in later seasons of MB. Kotoko sometimes looks a lot like Miki...or is it Tsukushi Makino from Hana Yori Dango... Maybe it is just the retro animation style. At any rate, having enjoyed the aforementioned shows, this is quickly growing on me. While the first episode didn't accomplish much, this one got the story moving - perhaps because it focused so much more on the interaction between the two lead characters. Although this living arrangement is not as funny as the parents situation in MB, this living arrangement and the character's handling of the situation are believable. It's a nice change of pace and I'm diggin' it. |

| I love this series so far. This is exactly what i've been looking for in a good shoujo anime. I really liked how it showed the progression of Irie and Kotoko's relationship. Looking forward to the next ep. ^_^ |

| I love this series, and when you find out about what Irie's mom did to him when he was a baby made roll around laughing for a good five minutes, I've never seen something so funny delivered so well. Seems like a good start this the show. |

| This was 100000x better than the first episode. Things started to develop more quickly and the comedy really picked up. I guess the first episode was necessary just to set up the story but they sure could've paced it better. Kotoko's expressions are just so kawaii. Irie's starting to show a different side too. I feel more hopeful toward the series now and will probably keep it. The sports meet seems like fun, can't wait to see it. |

| even though the manga is old, and i undertand. i get so annoyed by the drawings and how Naoki looks in the manga. hrmm top 50 sounds so much better then top 100... and tech updates |

| Loving this episode. I wonder if I should read Itazura na Kiss, like the shoujo manga fan I am (I mean I read so much manga influenced by it already). Kotoko is indeed cute, and it's nice to see Irie-kun already warming up slightly to her. It would be annoying if he kept up his stone face forever. I was wondering when Kotoko's friends would fine out about them living together, didn't think it would happen so fast. |
| episode two was pretty good. i am warming up to the characters, specially kotoko. a lot of fun parts this episode, specially cross dressing, and black mailing. this is definitely one of the best shoujos i have watched (if any), so i am going to stick to the end if they keep up with the comedy and the silly expressions... also, irie warming up to kotoko even a little was a plus, even though he decided to go cold towards the end.. we all know he is like that because of certain hobby of his. |

| I was rofl this episode. Definately made me put a higher score for it. I've watched some of the Taiwanese drama, but I'm LOVIN this anime! I love the mom, I love Kotoko and I SERIOUSLY love her ugly friend's voice!!! I've heard it somewhere before... just can't place it but it's sooo funny!! |
