I understand the hype of a new adaptation, but the netflix trademark looking scary.

Netflix has been picking up a lot of animes now
hopefully they don't ruin it

After having watched most netflix produced anime I have to say that the chances of the anime being shit are the same as non netflix produced anime (so around 90%) so the trademark being on the poster doesn't mean anything anymore.

Yes, they can do quite good works too, for example Bastard and Spriggan.

The system of Netflix relies more on Popularity and Hype rather than content quality

Most of their adaptation are sht and considering this was one of the popular Naver webtoon, they gonna milk for it. Unlike live-action webtoon, most of their adaptation are more on quality that even underrated ones are getting adapted (My ID is Gangnam Beauty, Sweet Home etc...).

Would really appreciate if they animated good manhwas instead of popular ones.
for example-
"Bastard" instead of "Sweet Home"
"Remarried S1" instead of "White Blood"

The quality of the animation doesn't make me feel confidence, although the great fights don't come until way later in the story.

well, netflix has quite the good anime exclusives cataloge that people seem to forget thanks to how bad some of their anime is, Great Pretender, Kids in Orbit (or whatever the name of that one was), Tiger & Bunny (decent but not great), Super Crooks (better than the previously mentioned lol), The Witcher anime Movie (Studio Mir), Blue Period, Baki Hanma, Castlevania, CP: Edgerunners, Devilman Crybaby, Isekai Ojisan, Beastars, Violet Evergarden, etc.

I don't know if they just bought the licencing rights or directly produced any of the mentioned shows or movie, i know The Witcher and Castlevania where actually produced by netflix. You are as likely to get something good or bad from netflix nowdays as you are with your Crunchy or Funimation sub, difference is the quantity of animes releasing every season on netflix which aren't a lot, lol.
