Yep, that's the whole premise of the episode (or this show in general). It's just like every other short anime. They aren't meant to be funny, but pretty much for killing some time.

I have no problems with just watching, bouncing a ball etc....
if you wanted to post a comment though, a 30 second short would take 10 minutes.
Probably the reason no one has bothered.

There are 36 episodes out and no one has commented about most of them.
Usually people are quick to let you know what they think.

There's nothing people can talking about from a short anime lol, just look at a Holo no Graffiti, despite having 170+ episodes and more popular than this show, almost no one even talks or creating discussion threads in every (new) episode.
