| Interesting to know more about Aoi in this show and his past. Seriously though, he's been through some rough shit emotionally. In the present time, it's good to see him with a stable life, family, and friends. |

| This was a cute episode especially towards the ending. It was also nice seeing Aoi background story and him changing his life for his loved ones. Seems like he really found his happiness. Yaeka making more friends was also really nice. |

| Great episode! Sarah is going to Yaeka's school and it seems she is able to make friends very easy... as well as being very energetic unlike Yaeka xD. Aoi has also turned up to the house to meet Sakuragi and is quite nervous. He started crying of happiness a bit when he first saw lol. Koki has gone to play with Yaeka. Aoi notices Kirishima has changed also. The flashback where we got to see Yaeka's mother was nice. Aoi was mad at Kirishima coming back to the house after being absent for days xD. He also saved Kirishima from getting stabbed by the person from behind and his wife overreacted because of that lol. It's good Aoi is happy now though. Yaeka sleeping on Kirishima's leg was SUGOKU KAWAII NANO DESU! (NIPAH!) At school, Yaeka helped a girl-Kaede- who broke her blue crayon and lent her one. Kaede asked her to draw with her and told her she wants a friend to draw with. She agreed to the terms and conditions and now she has another friend! 'But such happy hours don't last that long'... I hope nothing bad will happen! AU AU! Looking forward to the next episode! |

| “It’s because you care so much about family that I want to spend the rest of my life with you” omg Sanae is so adorable. It doesn’t matter what you’ve been thru on a weekly basis, these episodes are guaranteed to cheer you up. Aoi is such a sweetheart. Even though I’m not there yet in life, that feeling of being willing to do anything to protect your kids/family was really well conveyed. I couldn’t help but shed a tear at how sweet this episode was. Probably my second fave after episode 2 Really glad Aoi and Sanae are able to live happily ever after. The flashbacks to Yaeka sleeping on kirishima’s leg were so damn cute. But that ending narration… hope nothing really bad happened.. |

| With that end of Yaeka, this episode backstory, was just the foreshadowing of the end. That since episode 1, have a lot to go wrong. |

| Aoi and his son Koki both invited to the Sakuragi House, and the father himself to pay a visit to his former boss Kazuhiko. The backstory from back before Yaeka was born, and where Toru is now being the first lieutenant a.k.a right-hand man is where Aoi is then, where Toru was at the hands of someone who's senior than him. And after leaving the Yakuza altogether, Aoi began to experience things he wanted to do: start a family with his wife Sanae, while staying close to the Sakuragi Family as his only closest family. But in the process, it became clear that Aoi is forced to give up something: his pregnant wife and happiness, or his Yakuza undertaking. Everything from then on is as they say: the rest is history. Protecting your family is first and foremost, and Aoi chose his own family with 2 children to protect, which he is more than happy, but also not forgetting his once unwavering loyalty towards Kazuhiko. This is the same when after Yaeka was born: as a growing child, she's awfully stuck onto Toru, her smol size hugging Toru's leg tho, it's wholesome bliss. Even in school, Yaeka slowly opens up to more friends from Rei to Kaede, but her cliffhanger narration just draws lots of nervious red flags. Being in the Yakuza, nothing stays pleasant forever. |

| Man, that was so sweet! Sanae-san is too kind and understanding, I’m glad Aoi-san made the decision in time though. Make-up cake, that’s adorable. Kirishima-san and Yaeka-chan go a long way I see, seeing the two asleep like that was heartwarming. What was that drop in the end? I hope it’s not that much of a dark turn… |

| I’m glad Yaeka has a friend at school! Sarah is so cute, it’s amazing how easy she makes friends. I wish I was that outgoing haha. Aoi and Koki are back! It’s nice to see Yaeka have more friends her age. It seems Toru really admired Aoi, the man copied his whole look lol. Sakuragi and Miyuki were an adorable couple back then. They really were like the “parents” to Aoi the “big brother” and Toru the “little brother” lol. I can see why Aoi left the group after what happened to Sanae. The life of a yakuza grunt ain’t exactly fit for a family man. Man, Aoi’s other kid is so damn cute! What a lovely family. How precious was baby Yaeka sleeping on Toru’s leg though? So adorable. It’s nice to see Yaeka making all these friends. Kaeda is pretty adorable! Looks like Yaeka has a new art buddy. She’s finally enjoying her school like. I’m glad! |

| Aoi went to visit the boss after a while and we see how she came to retire from "the family" to take care of her family. It was nice their moments of them, plus we see Yaeka's mother when she was pregnant. Aoi was worried about how Kirishima was going to be, but he changed a lot. And Yaeka was able to make another friend. Cute scene <3 It was really nice the chapter, until Yaeka's final sentence...something is going to happen.     |
| Man what a touching episode, I loved getting to see Aoi’s backstory with his wife Sanae and Kirishima, from a wholesome and happy life to dark and depressing in a flash, but then it quickly went back to wholesome again once Aoi left the family to be with his own family and take care of them full time. Getting to see Miyuki pregnant with Yaeka was great to see as well, it definitely helps show the impact of her being in the coma in the present too, but man she is such a fun and sweet gal. And I definitely loved the moment near the end of the episode between Aoi and Kirishima, getting to see Yaeka and Aoi’s kid playing together was really nice, and Yaeka making a new friend to draw with at school was a great way to end off with, but then of course Yaeka had to say that ominous thing at the end too, can’t let it stay happy huh lol. This was definitely another one of those episodes I say is a favorite so far. |

| Episode 8 was really awesome and I'm glad htat Yaeka-san is making friends. I'm a bit worry about that she thought last and I hope that nothing happens to her. Not to forget that Aoi-san is voice by one of my favourite Japanese voice actors Maeno Tomoaki who's going to be a father himself soon. |
