And to keep it that way, I'll probably delete some music entries and delete a few of the franchises that will never be complete. I'm trying to get 200 or less related anime in total as a side goal There's no way I can clear the on hold list, since there's already a few of them that I won't be able to find/locate. Never dropped so don't have this problem I will still be a MAL user and I still will probably keep up with the seasons (need at least 5 new franchises that hasn't had an entry in the system prior) |

| 5 years...I think I'll still be watching anime and be a MAL user, although I expect to be a lot less active. As for how much more titles...mm I don't know. I definitely won't watch any dropped anime, I dropped them. My on hold will still be there, I'll watch like ten of them at best. |

| 1-) How many animes do you think you will have in your completed list 5 years from now? Most of what I watch is airing or soon to be released. The series that are finished that I wanted to watch probably I have done so already. So I can only count the upcoming ones. On average I watch 10-13 animes per season (18 if I include some specials or a movie here and there). Times 4 at the end of the year would roughly be 80 new entries per year. Assuming that I am going at the same pacing as of now about 400 new completed entries will be added to my current list which then it will be nearly 2,000 series. 2-) Will you clear your 'On Hold' list? I won't have to, since I don't put anything on hold. Either binge watch it (Or power through if it sucks) or watch it weekly until finished. 3-) Will you pick up animes from your Dropped list? This one does not apply to me either since I never drop anything. I am too much of a masochist so I will most likely finish something that I have started even if it causes me a massive headache to watch it. Thankfully is not really that often that I watch something that I consider shit enough to be worth of being dropped. 4-) Will you even be mal user? Or will you even be watching anime? I didn't understand the first part. I thought we were mal users already though? But yes, probably I will continue watching anime. |

| it took me 4 years to get where I am today with a little over 200 completed. But it seems ever since I hit that magic number, it's become harder and harder to find actually good anime. My dropped list just keeps growing and growing. It's out of control!!! Five years from now it's probably going to eclipse the completed list. I would love to think in 5 years time I'll find at least another 50 great anime but at this rate it's not looking good. |

| I don't know actually? It took 5-6 years to get what I have now. And even though I have tons of free time to dedicate to watching non-stop if I wanted... I just can't for some reason? I like and do too many things besides Anime. But if I had to pick a number... Maybe 200 days? total for Anime? I can't think of a number for Anime completed, since I watch a lot of short in length ones also. |

| Honestly Its been harder and harder to find stuff I wanna watch so unless I hit my head hard enough to change my tastes I think about 500 is gonna be my cap. Dropped and on-hold are likely to increase since I will be venturing further out of my comfort zone but I can't see them going about 50 total. I do think I'll still be watching new releases though, usually there's at least one show a season that's atleast somewhat palatable for me and I don't expect that to change anytime soon. |
| Probably around the 300-350 range. I get through stuff slowly a lot of the time and tend to balance multiple shows at once so it takes me a while to get high numbers. I also really hope to finish my on hold list but I have a nasty habit of procrastination and will either restart them, drop them, or leave them in purgatory forever |

| I would like to clear 1000 series as I am a couple hundred away and I have a good amount on my PTW and On Hold List to make that happen...though the amount of series I constantly drop might say otherwise. I want to try to get my on hold list under control sometime in the near future which I can see happening because half on the series on there are ones I am probably going to end up dropping. As for my dropped list I might pick some things back up if I run out of other things to watch but I do not see that happening any time soon. I am sure I will still be watching anime as I have watched it for over 20 years and counting now and will still be a MAL user because I have been one since 2008 (and lurking even before that) and I have not gone anywhere yet....maybe just become less active on here? |
