| Jesus Christ, this freaking chapter, it was great! So, basically: We now know how Buggy became a Yonkou and single-handedly royally fucked the Marines over, as well as getting Crocodile and Mihawk as crewmates. He used the biggest Uno reverse card in the story and created an organization the serves the same bounty hunting purpose for pirates, but in this case for Marines. THE ABSOLUTE CHAD LMAO We know now there's a man with a burned scar that can read Poneglyphs just like Robin, potentially a survivor from Ohara! So there's a chance for actual competition for Kidd and Law, which is always more exciting. Other than that, Caribou will tell someone about Pluton, this is going in a rather dark direction depending of who (World Gov perhaps). This is getting really intense and we are still barely finished with Wano just yet. Also, I bet nobody expected Tama to be confirmed as a Straw Hat member, at this point lol (too bad she isn't coming with them just yet). Lastly, seems like Yamato decided to go after Luffy and the others AFTER their departure, and changed her discourse a bit. She now doesn't want to BE Oden, but want to LIVE LIKE Oden. Next chapter could get us some nice development for her at last. |

| Lots of stuff was crammed into this one, which made it incredibly dense. I would've preferred it if the content here was spread over 2-3 chapters. It's going down in the Cover Story, only Blackbeard can save the Germa guys. This is shaping up to be one of the most exciting ones. Makes me wish Kid had also received one. I hope he's next. Carrot was obviously out of the race to join the crew, Oda gave those who were still hoping a consolation prize, lol. Kin and Tsuru can be happy together, yay. Raizo needs his happy ending too, perhaps with Shinobu who's a looker again haha. Ryokyugu the miracle worker > Ivankov Momo and Kinemon sailed with the Straw Hats for a long time, knowing this series we're in for an incredibly emotional farewell. There was a lot of set up in general for the next chapter. Yamato should have her spotlight too. The moment of truth is nigh. The silly rivalry between the captains is something I won't get tired of. Sadly, Law has to leave the Straw Hats now. It's been 10 years lmao and after all this time I thought I wouldn't mind it, but without him it doesn't feel right. Kid has as expected not given up yet. I wonder whom he's looking for. Only Kuzan comes to mind, but the TCB translation rules him out and Robin's reaction might suggest something else. What I also loved is that the Log Pose was finally relevant again. So I'm still hopeful that we get a short adventure arc next. That would be nostalgic af and would make sense if Yamato joins the crew. C'mon Oda, give us a little taste of the old One Piece. While the Straw Hats enjoy their "break", he can simultaneously progress some other of the other plot points. That's my ideal scenario π€π» Buggy is an absolute game changer. Even if he's not strong in combat, in terms of influence he's easily Yonkou tier. The way I see it him, Mihawk and Crocodile have a threeway alliance, but in public Buggy is the leader. Dope shit. Oda should give us at least the bounties of the admirals along with some other prominent characters Caribou and Blackbeard? π₯Έ Caribou and Morgans? π€― Speaking of Blackbeard, we haven't seen the mofo since he set out in chapter 956. It's been suspiciously quiet which makes me think the next time he's on screen shit will go down. Imagine if he takes down Kid or Law, he would automatically have access to the Porneglyph copies. So either one of these could meet him on Hachinosu, he's probably already back. Meanwhile Luffy is going to meet Weevil and visit Ace's grave. Oda could also use the time to show us Vegapunk. Been ages since Tashigi set sail along with the children. |

My only guess is that it got deleted because it was created before the chapter was released, and most posts were about the spoilers and the circumstances concerning it rather than about the chapter in its entirety. Edit: I took a picture of my second post before the thread was deleted:  And in my first post I was basically just praising Buggy for starting to put bounties on the marines, besides mentioning that it would help to give us a better idea of the admirals' level of power. |

| Always love the laidback vibe for this kind of chilling-down chapter. So previous chapter shank just left the chat or something like that; lol, I don't realize from the last panel. Some random thoughts : - Previous chapters: go Germa go. new chapter: Rip Germa. I wonder how Oda will work things out of the mess. - So how does Shinobu's ability work actually? The panel shows her touching her skin directly, is the thing working auto, or that she can control it? probably I missed some detail here. - Lol, Oda technically throw a shade for you #garchu4nakama. Well, here is the compromise for Carrot either you people take or leave it, Inu and Neko forcing "responsibility" by robbing the life choices of a rather free willing youth, an independent young woman :3, even shamelessly selling Pedro's name in the "bargain". Burn. - Caribou, did you just imply Morgan? - Luffy, Law, and Kid, Deep down they know they were the right buddies all along, but their position and circumstance speak otherwise, the rivalry. - I'm a little worried before that Oda will drag the piss-off Kid into some shitty Bakugo-ism and challenge Luffy for a duel in Straight after the party. Glad I'm just reading a bit too much. - Some little panel with Kid goofing around with his buddies is nice, it's lowering my impression of his bakugo-ness bitterness level. - Who in the hell is this man with a burn scar? Either Kid is trolling or just lore dropping out of nowhere. | I am hoping Yamato joins the crew. She has been isolated for so long she doesn't know how to navigate and so forth. It will be great if she joins because I like her. She deserves to go adventuring at least with Luffy even though it will be a pain. Sanji will argue with Luffy no matter what for it along with Brook. XD |

| Fantastic, fantastic chapter. First, what the hell is the new lead with the burn marks? Also, Buggy? Seriously? Somehow having Mihawk and Crocoboy under you is more impressive than being a Yonko. |

| Honestly that was a pretty disappointing chapter. The pacing had picked up in the past 3 or 4 chapters but this one had way too much nonsense in it involving the retainers. I mean yeah some of the scenes were funny, but they did nothing to advance the plot and were typical stalling. I did like that Kid was revealed to have a Poneglyph copy already; I'm guessing Snack was the one who gave it to him which would further explain his demotion. What worries me is that the next islands after Wano weren't given names, which implies that none of them are important islands. I mean I was hoping that the next island would be Elbaf just to finally get it out of the way, but it seems like it might not be. Also that stuff about Buggy's guild sounded way more interesting in the spoiler. I wish we'd learned more about it. And seriously, Caribou knows about two ancient weapons now? And finally, I'm really annoyed that Luffy still doesn't know about Sabo or about what happened to Vivi, and why is Oda still keeping the rest of the Straw Hat bounties a secret?! |

| HAHAHAHAH what a plot-twist. I actually thought that Mihawk would join Shanks crew, but joining Buggy crew makes even more sense, since he was Shanks rival and since Buggy needed commander levels in his crew (yes, Mihawk is commander level, not emperor level, you can cry about it but it's confirmed now). I really want to know who is the burnt man, maybe someone who survived Ohara ? If this guy can read poneglyphs, everyone will want him in his crew (Buggy, Teach, Law, Kidd, maybe even Shanks but I believe he already has a solution for the poneglyphs because he is Shanks after all...). Anyway great chapter |

Him rejecting Yamato will definitely be an interesting quite a turn of events because a lot of people are wanting/expecting her to join the crew. Also, I dont remember luffy ever straight out rejecting anyone (Might be wrong.). This will be some character development for luffy. A ground he might reject her on though is that she wants to become like Oden, who is much more of a leader than a follower. Leaders are generally better off giving orders/ having authority than taking them .This is how Yamato is too, she seems to be a much better fit as a captain of a crew . The straw hats already have Luffy for this. He will prob encourage her to start her own journey in this case. |

| it look like Mihawk, Crocodile, and Buggy is on the same position just like Law, Kid, and Luffy. Buggy is just getting picked as a Yonkou because his influence is far wider than the other two, the same case for Luffy. the only different is that Buggy n co decided to build a Cross Guild, while Luffy is just a temporary alliance. I hope Yamato joined the crew though. |
Ladies and Gentlemen, beware, the name of the most notorious individual in all the oceans... BUGGY D CLOWN No wonder why he became a Yonko, when you got his fellow former shichibukai; Mihawk and Crocodile under him, ofc the world will not take your crew lightly. In fact, the establishment of a counter-bounty system in itself is a MASSIVE issue for the Navy. Before, infamous pirates are targeted by the Navy and bounty hunters alike. Now! Ohohoho... Even famous navy individuals too are not safe from the bounty on their heads. What a goddamn genius, he truly is worthy of the title, even if he himself isn't technically powerful combat-wise, he makes up for it with everything else. It was kinda odd to see the Strawhat leaving an island so quickly to not even say their farewell to a couple of the main characters of this entire saga. Momo better starts running if he wants to see Luffy off. And as many have predicted, Yamato intends to join the Strawhats in their adventure as Oden once did, who knows how she will integrate if that came to be. On the other hand, it seems Carrot won't be continuing on her journey with the Strawhat, what was once a rumoured potential SH crew member is after all just an honorary member. She will have to be the ruler or Zou instead. Amazing chapter, but alas, sayonara Wano... |

| Another strong chapter, great seeing Katakuri on the cover page Luffy,Law and Kid will now go their own separate ways it seems , hopefully they will meet again when the time calls Buggy doing all that is definitely surprising , theres no way Mihawk and Crocodile joined him in respect or seriousness, probably for protection from navy reasons. Oda really wanted to show us that you dont need pure strength to become a yonko, words and other acts can do it too and thats the case for buggy. Hopefully next chapter we will finaly see strawhat bounties besides Luffy’s and Yamato officially becoming part of the crew and boarding Sunny |
