Are you asking even if someone has not watched the show that they’re at least familiar with the opening? If that is the question then yes I was familiar with the second opening before I watched the show though I didn’t realize it was even the opening for this show until I heard it during season two.

With the first season standing at around 2 million members and the second closing in on 1,5 million, I'd say, yeah, it's quite popular. And a lot of people I know that only watched a few anime know it too, if personal experience counts here. And regarding the openings, they're also very well known, if you just look at the youtube views for example.

Idk for me show was mid. I don't want anyone to get offended but that's my opinion after watching the show but on the other hand openings are literally so good and I think those openings are what makes this anime well known.

you're not wrong, the only thing that was really nice about the show was Yato, and the atmosphere was cool, but besides that it wasn't really great. kinda mid overall even if it was funny

well, who knows. ask the studio in charge of it's rights. but if u ask me... it was kinda mediocre. 1st season and the start was alright. but the writing felt like it was written by a teenage girl.

yeah ive seen it. its second season was pretty weak what with it focusing so much on bishamon and her famillars the whole time with not as much focus on our protag trio as in s1. I can kinda see why there wouldn't be much momentum about s3 since s2 was kinda weak and not many people are actively talking about it

Yeah I admit that i was already familiar with the opening from the 1st series. I didn't know that it was actually from this show. But i must say that it belongs into my fav openins and also series in general.

You could start with volume 11. There the story continues after the Cliffhanger. You could also reread volume 10 because of some extra information like why Hiyori did know about the name Yaboku or the situation with Ebisu is slightly different but yea your choice. Hope I could help you
