episode 3 i asked if this was "present" time or a flashback. i think that was answered in episode 4. clearly this is present time, after the mc already became sect leader when the former sect leader became an immortal

i like this kid, though, who wants to protect/save his sister. mad respect for that

mc is cunning, almost asshole-like? using others in his plot to become stronger. but he seems to have a good side as well. this is the second person's illness he's willing to cure, though he's obviously getting something out of it himself

7/10 but i think it's closing in on 8/10 status. i also really enjoy how each episode is basically just 5 minutes. it's one-scene-and-done
