Imo it is kind of at the point it is so ridiculous that I kind of don't really care that she can dodge bullets, I'm enjoying the show as something that isn't going to occupy too much of my brain while I do other things I don't mind.

It's why I don't really complain about gun kata, because it looks cool, and it isn't made with the intention of being a serous fighting style.

Rule of cool, this is basically Equilibrium, she's not reacting to the bullet, she's reacting to the shooter before they shoot by analizing their eyes, muscle movement, position of the gun and then predicting where the bullet would hit.

This is obviously pretty much imposible to do irl but those principles are used in martial arts already. Many things in anime are based on real stuff and then taken to the extreme.

I'm late af but it's not just about moving once the bullet is fired. It's said (I think by Mika) that Chisato can essentially tell when the trigger is going to be pulled by looking at someone's muscles and clothing and looking for even the slightest movement and then by using that she can predict where the bullet is going to go and then dodge it. I don't think her Alan ability is quick reflexes, I think it's extraordinary eyesight and awareness. For her to be able to do that when facing multiple people, that's pretty insane.
