| Watching this anime makes me feel very comfortable maybe because takumi's interaction with his uncle, talking casually and doing normal things calmly always feels comfortable to watch. Another good episode 5/5 |

| So the series time jumped to 2018 now. I hope it catches up to modern times but it probably won't. Would be fun seeing them adjust to covid and stuff. I thought the girl from the OP was Takafumi's mom. Guess she's a childhood friend. Takafumi cringes at his ojisan acting dense to isekai girls but he himself doesn't recognize that Fujimiya loves him. Loving the artstyle and animation of this show. I think this is the first anime of a new studio? |

Graduated High School in May of 2022. Summer vacation has finally arrived. I have once again regained the power of a new anime fan, being able to watch multiple anime episodes in a day. Time to binge-watch every single anime I can into the night until college arrives. SADGE. SUPER SADGE... College has begun as of Monday, August 30, 2022, so you won't be seeing me much around these parks. See you on weekends, I guess... School me is back. Sigh! I'll at least try for one anime a day with all this course load. |

| This os-san might be the biggest chadman.. he accurately guessed fujimiya has a crush on takamiya but he failed to realise the elf had crush on him os-san really rejected a romance flag and a quest with the ice girl with the ice sword and just went to slay the dragon then his actions turn her into a hikki Hats off to the os-san and this anime for mentioning kochikame... western fans will never know what a gem they missed out on... |

| Apparently Takafumi is as dense as his uncle when it comes to recognizing the feelings in the heart of a girl into him and likewise his uncle isn’t as dense as he previously seemed when it comes to relationships involving other people than himself. Lol Oooft poor iced up Mabel having to get a blow to her psyche from the wrong words being said to her. |

| Ojisan watched the the entire Evangelion series but never realized Asuka had feelings for Shinji. And then there's Takafumi who is "100% no, just friends" to that girl. They're certainly related lol. |

| I'm sure this show is pure golden for those who live around 1990s and early 2000. I was born in 1998 and I actually remember playing a fair bit of classic video games back then. But I can't remember whether they were Sega, Nintendo, Sony, and whatnot. I can't even remember which or what kind of game I played. Although I clearly remember that I play PS2 a lot when I was in elementary school. Anyway, this show comes as a surprise this season. A lot of 4th-wall-breaking references rivaling in shamelessness from that of Gintama. Not bad, yes. |

And man, I'm really loving the character designs for the girls in this show. They all look so pretty. Such a shame Takafumi is as clueless about love as his uncle tho. |

NGL, this was my first interpretation of Asuka in NGE.  Even though I was exposed to enough tsunderes by that point, watching Asuka's behaviour made me unironically conclude that she had a massive crush on Kaji. She was so far from the current generation of tsunderes that I just interpreted her as a massive jerk rather than a tsundere. |

| We meet Fujimiya, Takafumi's childhood friend and she comes over to catch up with him. Unbeknownst to her, Oji-san also lives with him and it triggers Fujimiya to no end that her childhood friend is living with a bad influence. Also, pretty funny how they roped in Evangrlion and SEGA in this episode, sounded like a sponsored segment but a very playful one. Decent episode, we now have one more character that knows Oji-san. |
